The entire process was smooth and easy. From the Salesman, Chardlyn to the manager Jimmy and Amie the business manager they made you feel welcomed and appreciated even after the deal was finalized. Need to learn how to respect its customer My husband and I walked into this Accura Dealership on Sunday. We waited at the front desk for 15 minutes and received no assistance. We left and came My husband and I walked into this Accura Dealership on Sunday. We waited at the front desk for 15 minutes and received no assistance. We left and came back later. Darwin was the sales person who helped us. He was professional and courteous, giving us great details about the vehicle while respecting us. We took a test drive. Unfortunately, there was an accident on the road which made our trip longer than expected. When we finally got back, we were greeted by a very rude manager. My husband and I were talking to Darwin while walking into the dealership. The manager at the door immediately cut off our conversation; he walked straight to Darwin and scolded him. I thought he was going to scold me too. My husband and I couldn't believe that this happened in an Accura Dealership. Accura is a premium car brand, but the level of management and customer service are FAR from premium. We were treated by managers who pay no respect to their customers and employees. We suggest that they learn from South Shore BMW. Until then, we don't want to do business with a business that disrespects both of its customers and employees. More

He checked in on me to give me an update while work was being done on my car and then gave me a detailed overview when the work was complete. Even the lovely cashier ladies made my day too! More
I don’t understand all the positive reviews We did not have a great experience at this dealership. We felt uncomfortable with the hard sell and a little too pushed to buy probably because they w We did not have a great experience at this dealership. We felt uncomfortable with the hard sell and a little too pushed to buy probably because they were looking to clear out the 2018s to make room for the new RDX. We made a deal to lease at our top price and then as we were signing papers we find out we have to pay an additional monthly fee for the service contract, making our monthly payment more than we budgeted. We should have walked out then but we were tired of car shopping and relented. We felt they should have explained the 2 options rather than discover it when we came to sign papers and pick up the car. We never felt good about the purchase after that. we called back quite a few times to speak to managers etc and never received a call back.Fortunately we found another lovely dealership that has restored our confidence in Acura. They were offering the new 2019RDX for the same price we are paying for the 2018 for Prime. We would have waited for a deal like that if Prime had offered it ! First impressions are really tough to change; we can honestly say if Acura is considered a luxury car, prime did not deliver a “luxury” experience. More
