This may be premature. But let it be said, I am always happy to review things on line, and typically do so for the better experiences, since I believe good service ans support deserve recognition. Went to Prime in Walpole to look at a used RDX that I saw on line. The salesman had me drive a new one ( the used one was "blocked in "). He then took me for a drive by of other new vehicles of site. Nope, i want used. I then drove he " special" that was reportedly about to go to auction....low mileage TL. Good pricing. Decided this was a better choice for me. So, i bought it, with trade in, for a good price. Am happy with things so far. Returned the next day to finish the cash deal. Took the car home. Got home, no manual. No second master key (this is a certified used car). I called salesperson, he'll order one. I go on line to learn how to work the nav, voice commands, etc. Then, do my radio pre sets. Go to load the CDS, the CD player wont load. Call again. Says make an appt with service. I have had the car now for only a few hours. Thomas the GM calls me, apologizes, will leave me a manual to pick up later that day. I do. Go home, remove the paper floor mats. Carpeted mats are very worn with holes. My bad, I should have checked all of this before i left the lot. But, isnt that what certified does FOR me? Now, its Monday. Picked up car Saturday. It goes to service, hubbie waits 90 minutes...needs whole new radio. Will have to order. Appt for Friday. Tuesday, drive home from work, thinking "cool....I am now one of the chosen with bluish headlights". Hmmmm , ONE blue headlamp. They are mismatched. And, the headlight is flickering. I call, get Thomas. Says he will make all this right. I sure hope so. Certified? By.....???? No manual. No spare master. ( got it now). Mismatched headlamps. Flickering headlamp. Icky floor mats. My confidence is shaken. This needs to be made right. The people were friendly enough. Not pushy, but my salesperson was not a good listener (I wanted USED), nor did he appear very knowledgeable. New guy. Forgiven. So, I will see if things go better now that I have the 150 point certified check list in hand. Note to self, and all....DO A THOROUGH check yourself. Certified is only as good as whoever did it. Fail. More

I had been doing a lot of research on my dream car, and though I wasn't planning on buying just yet, the price quotes Leigh gave me convinced me to finally make the purchase. As soon as my wife and I got to the dealership Scott promptly took us for a couple of test drives without us having to ask. Since they didn't have a vehicle with both the tech package and drive options we liked, we drove two cars: a front wheel drive, and an all wheel drive equipped with the technology we were looking for. We only spent a couple of hours at the dealership, which we appreciated. The sales team was very helpful and not at all pushy, and respected our buying decisions. When we came in to pick up our new car, we mentioned that the one we were driving was due for an oil change. Scott offered to get us an oil change on the spot - without an appointment - even driving our old car in to get serviced while we reviewed the new car's specs. This was about 30 mins to closing, but saved us the inconvenience of coming back. Scott kept us updated in the weeks before the car arrived and checked in with us after we took it home. Overall, he and the team made this the most painless and hassle-free experience we've ever had. We highly recommend Prime Acura to family and friends. More

I contacted Prime Acura for a 2006 TL I was interested in purchasing. Upon arrival to the dealership, I was greeted promptly at the door and introduced to a salesman named Christian Kassis. Not only did he have the car prepped and ready to drive, but he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features. He was not aggressive in any way but very confident which will make any consumer feel comfortable. Christian worked very judiciously on his day off to make sure his financial department got me the best rate from the bank. And throughout the process, he provided status updates through text and email. He was able to get the best rate which fit right in my budget. When finalizing the details on my purchase, he wasn’t in a rush to close the deal but more focused on reviewing every detail to confirm my inquiries. He was even able to offer a bumper to bumper warranty within my budget that reassured me if anything went wrong. His manager Thomas also explained different warranty options that would be available if I was interested, which provided me the confidence that they stood by their product. Overall, as my 5th vehicle purchase in a span of 10 years....this was by far my best experience in purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend Prime to anyone because it was a great experience in the sales process and even better as I drive my car daily with no issues at all. More
We went to several other Acura dealerships and we ended up driving over an hour to go to Prime because they were so straight forward & easy to work with. The price & service was the very best! We bought a brand new 2011 Acura MDX from Prime Acura and we couldn't be happier. We looked everywhere for this car in a color combination we liked and it was not easy to find. Prime Acura had the best pric we couldn't be happier. We looked everywhere for this car in a color combination we liked and it was not easy to find. Prime Acura had the best price by far. The price was so good in fact that one of the other Acura dealers told us "If you can get the car for the price Prime is advertising get a couple for me" so he could resell them at his dealership! They also gave us an easy $500 more on our trade in than the other dealers. Needless to say we are extremely happy with our purchase and the service we received at Prime Acura especially from saleslady Fadia Chamoun who is the nicest car salesperson you will ever meet. I am extremely disappointed with this dealership. The customer service is terrible and when I wrote to the management including the General Manager and the President of the Corporation on issues (which I customer service is terrible and when I wrote to the management including the General Manager and the President of the Corporation on issues (which I will detail later), no one considered it important to respond. The General Manager has promised a response many days ago but I still did not get a reply. The President of the company was copied also on e-mails but he did not even acknowledge it. The dealership was good only up to the time sales after that they took advantage of me in service appointments on many issues. I will NEVER buy anything from this dealership. I am thinking of writing to Acura, perhaps it can resolve my issues with the dealership. More
