Need to learn how to respect its customer My husband and I walked into this Accura Dealership on Sunday. We waited at the front desk for 15 minutes and received no assistance. We left and came My husband and I walked into this Accura Dealership on Sunday. We waited at the front desk for 15 minutes and received no assistance. We left and came back later. Darwin was the sales person who helped us. He was professional and courteous, giving us great details about the vehicle while respecting us. We took a test drive. Unfortunately, there was an accident on the road which made our trip longer than expected. When we finally got back, we were greeted by a very rude manager. My husband and I were talking to Darwin while walking into the dealership. The manager at the door immediately cut off our conversation; he walked straight to Darwin and scolded him. I thought he was going to scold me too. My husband and I couldn't believe that this happened in an Accura Dealership. Accura is a premium car brand, but the level of management and customer service are FAR from premium. We were treated by managers who pay no respect to their customers and employees. We suggest that they learn from South Shore BMW. Until then, we don't want to do business with a business that disrespects both of its customers and employees. More
