Melissa was very attentive and knowledgeable with the features offered. What was unique and stood out the most was all the follow up AFTER the sale that demonstrates their true committment to the customers. It was a win-win feeling from both sides and that's a mark of a great team they have out there. Thanks to Melissa and the entire Prime Acura team for making our experience memorable. We would definitely consider our next vehicle from Prime Acura and would highly recommend them to anyone who's thinking of buying an Acura. More

I was looking at www.cargurus.com for used Mustang Gt Convts. and I saw the one Prime Acura had. It was by far the BEST PRICE out there. So I decided I would have to check it out. I arrived at the dealer Convts. and I saw the one Prime Acura had. It was by far the BEST PRICE out there. So I decided I would have to check it out. I arrived at the dealership and was met by Collins on the lot. He was very polite and actually listened to what I was saying. Unlike most car salesmen. I ask him to get the keys and we went for a ride. I really liked the car, so we went back to the dealership and exchanged some basic info. I had a concern about the wear on the tires. And instead of handing some B S, Collins simply said I will go to the Service Dept. and look up the records. The records showed the tires are at half wear for 23500 miles. So I can't complain..nomal wear. So I proceeded to buy the car. And I told Collins that my Credit Union had pre-aproved me at a very low rate. Then a short while later I met with Dean Shores, (Finance Director) and told he Beat the rate my Credit Union gave me. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!! So, to wrap this up, It was THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. And I'm 48 years old. If you are looking for an Acura, or something on there lot, THESE are the guys YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH. Wow! After visiting many dealerships and driving several cars, my girlfriend and I found an Acura TSX that we liked at Prime Acura in Walpole, MA. We found the car on Prime Acura’s website and were intrigued by the price shown. When we arrived we were greeted by Mary Lopez. She was very kind and informative. We told her what car we came to see and she showed us were it was and told us all about it. After going for a test drive we were ready to talk numbers. Mary was fair and got straight to the point. She gave my girlfriend and I a chance to speak in private. After we were done talking we were greeted by Peter Cronin (the general manager) who made the final negotiations quick and painless. We got the car we were looking for at an amazing price AND it was Acura certified. If my story ended here, I would have been more than satisfied. THEN, we met with Christian Kassis in finance. We filled out the loan application and expressed our confidence that our credit scores should grant us a low interest rate. Christian told us he would do the best he could. We had heard this before at other dealerships and been disappointed. The banks replied quickly and Christian came to present us with a lower rate than even WE thought was possible AND HE was just as excited as we were!! He was also very knowledgeable when offering us extended warranties, however never pressured us to buy any of them. Overall, the employees of Prime Acura showed us spectacular customer service, honesty, and as a result we will be customers for life. My girlfriend and I are a young couple and the experiences we had before Prime Acura were far from what I have explained, But don’t take our word for it, take a trip down there and see for yourself. I owned a 2001 Acura MDX which I brought from Prime Acura (at that time it was Clair Acura). It was a great SUV but after 13 years I needed a change. I picked the phone and called Henry Silva. (I brought a new 2011 Acura TSX from Henry Silva, two years ago. I had a great experience and Henry is such a great guy to deal with. No pressure at all and very patient.) I knew I had to call him again when I decided to test drive the 2014 Acura MDX with Tech. He explained everything clearly during the test drive. Boy, did the 2014 MDX change a lot from the 2001 MDX. A lot of features there. He answered all my questions. When I was sure I wanted to but the MDX, I spent some time going over the color of the car. Henry was very patient showing me each of the colors of the car, since seeing the color of the car in the parking lot is different than seeing it in the brochure or online. I wanted to see the blue and Henry had to go back and get the keys to bring it up front. When I decided to buy the MDX, Henry gave me a great deal! No haggling. I made an appointment to pick up the MDX a couple days later, since I added some accessories and these needed to installed and I had some things to take care of. When it came time to pick it up, Henry spent over an hour going all the features of the MDX as well as helping me sync up my smart phone. He even offered to let me call him if I had questions since this car has so many features. I had such a great experience at Prime Acura, especially when working with Henry, I will definitely come back here when I get my next Acura. More

Purchased a used car from this dealership but not an Acura. After a large down payment & signed contract I was told by Shaun M., Dean Shores & Tom the office manager that Prime did not actually have t Acura. They have my money yet they won't release the car. I find myself without the car I purchased because of Prime's incompetence. I am sick and tired of the Bull S**t apologizes, just give me what I paid for. l've already reported this dealership to the state attorney general's office. Buyers beware!!! More

This dealership is horrible. The first indicator is the mixed match lettering on the door from this you should know that you will be bamboozled. Salesperson was not very knowledgeable, not trained well and was simply out to make a commission. It showed. The "deal" that the manager approved, was never honored. So in other words, you look at a car, test drive the car, fall in love with the car, sit at a desk to negotiate a good price for the car, arrive at figure agreeable to both parties, then the finance guy gives you paperwork with the original numbers and a lot of fast talking as to how they arrived back to the original price. Awful! I suggest you go elsewhere. More
