I owned a 2001 Acura MDX which I brought from Prime Acura (at that time it was Clair Acura). It was a great SUV but after 13 years I needed a change. I picked the phone and called Henry Silva. (I brought a new 2011 Acura TSX from Henry Silva, two years ago. I had a great experience and Henry is such a great guy to deal with. No pressure at all and very patient.) I knew I had to call him again when I decided to test drive the 2014 Acura MDX with Tech. He explained everything clearly during the test drive. Boy, did the 2014 MDX change a lot from the 2001 MDX. A lot of features there. He answered all my questions. When I was sure I wanted to but the MDX, I spent some time going over the color of the car. Henry was very patient showing me each of the colors of the car, since seeing the color of the car in the parking lot is different than seeing it in the brochure or online. I wanted to see the blue and Henry had to go back and get the keys to bring it up front. When I decided to buy the MDX, Henry gave me a great deal! No haggling. I made an appointment to pick up the MDX a couple days later, since I added some accessories and these needed to installed and I had some things to take care of. When it came time to pick it up, Henry spent over an hour going all the features of the MDX as well as helping me sync up my smart phone. He even offered to let me call him if I had questions since this car has so many features. I had such a great experience at Prime Acura, especially when working with Henry, I will definitely come back here when I get my next Acura. More

Purchased a used car from this dealership but not an Acura. After a large down payment & signed contract I was told by Shaun M., Dean Shores & Tom the office manager that Prime did not actually have t Acura. They have my money yet they won't release the car. I find myself without the car I purchased because of Prime's incompetence. I am sick and tired of the Bull S**t apologizes, just give me what I paid for. l've already reported this dealership to the state attorney general's office. Buyers beware!!! More
This dealership is horrible. The first indicator is the mixed match lettering on the door from this you should know that you will be bamboozled. Salesperson was not very knowledgeable, not trained well and was simply out to make a commission. It showed. The "deal" that the manager approved, was never honored. So in other words, you look at a car, test drive the car, fall in love with the car, sit at a desk to negotiate a good price for the car, arrive at figure agreeable to both parties, then the finance guy gives you paperwork with the original numbers and a lot of fast talking as to how they arrived back to the original price. Awful! I suggest you go elsewhere. More
I submitted an online request to Acura for a price quote on a new Acura I was considering. I wanted a quote by email. I received an emailed response from Prime Acura in Walpole MA confirming my request and on a new Acura I was considering. I wanted a quote by email. I received an emailed response from Prime Acura in Walpole MA confirming my request and that they would be emailing me a quote soon and that I would discover the Prime difference. I never received a quote. I sent several emails to Stephanie and also the sales email address and service email address. NO RESPONSE. It is ashame because they lost the deal and also I will never consider doing business with Prime Acura. I found out what the Prime Difference is and it is not good. Do not buy a car from Prime Acura. Go somewhere else, perhaps another car company. More
3 and one half hours to pick up a 58 Thousand car, paper work messed up on multiple items. Price was higher on paperwork so they made us feel terrible their mistakes cost them time. the car was not prepared work messed up on multiple items. Price was higher on paperwork so they made us feel terrible their mistakes cost them time. the car was not prepared for customer we still have items covered in plastics put on from the factory to protect it during transport, I even had to go to an independant garage for a state inspection sticker,I was told I could not get a sticker from them because I made a trade? go figure you trade in a car have the plates transferred and get a sticker. We had to pay all fees and sales tax to them but still could not get a sticker. There was a good side to it all the sales person was very nice, we told him he seemed too honest to be a car sales person. More

I bought Acura Tsx 2012, and everyone in prime acura were very friendly. Service is fantastic and you would expect if you are buying luxury segment car.
