So we had been scoping out Pre-owned certified RDXs online for some time. Prime just happen to have one in blue (the color we wanted) and a few others. So even though we live in Salem, MA we headed do online for some time. Prime just happen to have one in blue (the color we wanted) and a few others. So even though we live in Salem, MA we headed down there. I had also read online that they were a good dealership to work with. We made an appointment for 1pm on Saturday. They called to confirm the appointment that day. We were about 15 minutes early but that wasn't a problem. We met Scott and he asked us some basic questions. Everyone we met at the dealership was very friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in from til the moment we left with the car a few days later. Scott took us for a test drive right away and explained all the features of the car and was very helpful and knowledgeable. After the test drive we came back to his desk and he asked us if we were interested. We looked at few other RDXs but decided that the blue one was for us. The RDX's price had already been lowered $2000 and was being advertised this way on the internet. So we weren't sure how much more they would lower it as it was already below what Edmunds had suggested was it's True Retail Price. They didn't go down in the price but did give us an extra hundred on the trade in. We were disappointed that our 1999 Honda Accord only got $600 in trade in but Scott said it was because of the mileage and year of car and they would only be trying to sell it in auction. Whatever the case, we were happy that we didn't have to sell it ourselves. In hindsight I would have kept it and donated it to charity... Before I get into the financing portion, I wanted to say that Scott was beyond an awesome sales person. He has all the qualities... charming, friendly, interesting (this one is a big for me as I hate boring people), knowledgeable, attentive. I told him he needs to write a blog about what real car sales people are like... I hope he does. Frankly I was so not looking forward to the experience but he made it very bearable and dare I say pleasant:) So Acura provided us with the financing. I guess they contact several lenders and give us the best rate. Ours just happen to be through our own bank, Bank of America. We were a bit disappointed with the rate but he said to try to refinance after a few years and we might get a better rate because our credit would be better because it would show that we were paying our payments on time. We appreciated the tip. So then we went to talk to Mike Burke for the rest of the paperwork. Mike went over the Extended warranty options and pricing. He was pretty honest with us about what we really needed and what was frills. We appreciated that also. He also explained how our payments would change depending on how long we wanted the financing to be for and how we should choose the lowest payments and just pay more(this way were only obligated to pay the lower amount incase money became tight.) He went over everything several times and explained in detail what all the charges were. I didn't double check the total financing dollar amount based on APR that day but I did the next day and it was all correct and on the up and up. Mike seemed to have a great sense of humor and that was helpful trying to get through all the paperwork:) So we picked up the car two days later. Again we were about 15 minutes early but that was not a problem. As promised they had fixed the crack on the windshield. Scott had gassed the car up himself and also transferred the license plates for us. He then had us sit in the car so he could explain all the cool features. He got the new registration the next day and mailed it to us right away so we could get our inspection done. He told us to mail the receipt to us so they could reimburse us. We appreciated him going the extra mile... we could tell that he really cared about his customers and took pride in his job. So overall everything is great! We got the car we wanted for the price we wanted... and even though it was a 4 hour process...Scott and Mike made it as pleasant as possible:) I would highly recommend Prime! Especially for those who are nervous and maybe even down right scared of the car buying process:) More

This is a first class dealership. When I first test drove the vehicle they were not pushy and allowed me a couple weeks to make my final decision.
