My wife and I have decided to trade in her Honda Accord and move up to an Acura. We were talking about purchasing an Acura TSX. We decided to go in and test drive one. We spoke to Henry and he was absolute and move up to an Acura. We were talking about purchasing an Acura TSX. We decided to go in and test drive one. We spoke to Henry and he was absolutely wonderful. He explained the different features and gladly help us to test drive one. There was no pressure from Henry to have us purchase one. He was able to quote both the 2010 and the 2011 TSX. At the end, I think I got a good deal. I felt this is the best buying experience. If you are ever in the markey to buy an Acura, I will highly recommend speaking with Henry. PS I also have an 2001 Acura MDX and have my car service there. Their service is also excellent. More
Today I visited Prime Acura for a second test drive of the Acura MDX. We loved the car and we received great service. They collect a good amount of information prior to showing you a vehicle. I felt as if they really wanted to understand where you are in the buying process and that helps them better service your needs. We worked with Fadia. She was fantastic. She provided us with a no pressure atmosphere. Fadia used the information we gave her to show us EXACTLY what we wanted and didn't waste our time with items that we were not interested in. Acura's are great, highly rated cars. It is fantastic when you can buy a great car from a great dealership. I was able to enjoy my car-buying process froms start to finish. Prime worked fast, got me a good deal, and let me take my new car home same day. Truly efficient. I will most definitely be back to see them again in the future. More
First, I must say that our experience yesterday with our salesperson (Fadia) was terrific! She was friendly, personable, and really knows the cars! He was very abrasive, and offered an amount on our trade in which was more than $4,000 below Kelly Blue Book, and smirked at me when I mentioned this. He refused to offer any kind of counter proposal, and was very unprofessional in his demeanor. He ended the conversation by taunting me to try to find someone who would do better. Today I worked with the professionals at the other Acura dealer in the area (Acura of Boston - who I learned is also the highest volume dealer in New England, which to me means they need less profit per deal), and I received a very fair and competitive offer, and I love my new MDX. More
I wouldn't be surprised if Prime starts creating a frequent visitor card because of how often I've been there over the past few years. I recently had to trade in my Acura TL (with 219,000 miles) because it was finally time - I had the most impeccable service from the service department as my TL slowly started to fail over the years. This most recent time was "it" for me and when I called to say it was being towed in, they eased my worries right from the get-go. Upon discovering what was wrong, Chris could sense my concern and feelings of being unsure of what I should do. (The best part, is there was no pressure to make any decision). He set me up with Ellen who was absolutely fabulous in helping me make the decision to finally trade-in. She knew exactly what I was looking for and found it for me. Again, no pressure or anything. Dealing with Ellen was like chatting with an old college friend. She was honest, she was genuine, and she was professional. I shouldn't have expected any less because this has been the kind of service I was used to getting from the service department. I actually don't mind going in and having to sit and wait if something is being done to my vehicle because being around the Acura family is like sitting at your friend's place. I really think that my decision to stick with Acura was not just because of the quality of the brand, but because of the people at Prime. More

I found myself at Prime Acura after doing my research both online and in person at a variety of dealerships. My initial trip into Prime Acura was refreshing and was highlighted by a friendly face in Ell both online and in person at a variety of dealerships. My initial trip into Prime Acura was refreshing and was highlighted by a friendly face in Ellen Gallagher. There was a calm presence about her and the dealership in general and it lacked, in a good way, the frenzied, pushy environment of some other dealerships. After my initial visit, I decided to make an appointment with Ellen to test drive the RDX. Ellen was knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to ensure that all of my questions were answered. She knew that I was not at the point of purchasing the vehicle on my test drive and respected this in both her words and actions. She introduced me to the manager, which is a pretty customary practice; however, this experience was refreshing as well. Joseph Rivera greeted me warmly and recognized that I was not at the point to discuss numbers, etc. and honored this by merely making himself available if I needed anything as I worked through the process. Suffice it to say, I left there feeling very comfortable about my visit and potentially purchasing my vehicle from Prime. Ellen took the time to get to know me and shared a bit of herself, which was endearing. I chose to purchase my RDX from Prime because of my experience with Ellen, Joseph, and the other members of the Prime team that I came in contact with. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. When it came to talk numbers, they obviously tried to get the best deal on their part; however, I didn't feel pressured and they eventually came in at a price point that I was comfortable with - fair and competitive with other quotes that I received. The finance people were again attentive and knowledgeable, albeit a bit high strung. They do offer the full selection of add-ons but if you do your research, you'll realize that it typically doesn't pay in the long run to purchase them. That said there was no pressure to do so. Ellen took care of everything and walked me through the entire process and has continued to follow-up months after! In short, the RDX is great and you can choose to buy it anywhere; however, if you want great, knowledgeable service and a low-pressure, high class environment, then Ellen and Prime is the place for you. More

He has always been very attentive to every detail and very helpful with anything that we need.We feel we have always been given a fair price for our trade in and a good price on the new car. They take care of everything so that we have very little to do.Leandra was great for asking me if I needed help and then helping me with all the details so I could get my new car very quickly. She made sure she did anything that I asked so that the whole experience was excellent.I am very happy with my new car and always recommend this dealership to anyone who asks where I get my cars. We were working with Herb Connally of Acura in Framingham and put a down payment on a MDX but then spotted a car with Prime with lower mileage and more features...Prime was even able to beat Herb's price so we ended up purchasing from Prime and went through xxxx and back trying to get our down payment back from Herb Connally....may I add how UNPROFESSIONAL and DIFFICULT Jimmy Goon (sales rep) was. I would not recommend anyone to buy from Herb Connally...go with PRIME ACURA..they have the utmost BEST customer service EVER! I will most definatly go back there and I would recommend ALL my friends and family to purchase from PRIME as well. I trust they will treat all their customers as well as they treated my husband and I. LOVE THEM! More
