Additionally, the GM, Pete C, stopped by to say hello, and made sure we were taken care of. He worked with Riley to ensure we felt comfortable during the entire experience. Great customer service provided by real, down-to-earth professionals, makes all the difference. I was looking at www.cargurus.com for used Mustang Gt Convts. and I saw the one Prime Acura had. It was by far the BEST PRICE out there. So I decided I would have to check it out. I arrived at the dealer Convts. and I saw the one Prime Acura had. It was by far the BEST PRICE out there. So I decided I would have to check it out. I arrived at the dealership and was met by Collins on the lot. He was very polite and actually listened to what I was saying. Unlike most car salesmen. I ask him to get the keys and we went for a ride. I really liked the car, so we went back to the dealership and exchanged some basic info. I had a concern about the wear on the tires. And instead of handing some B S, Collins simply said I will go to the Service Dept. and look up the records. The records showed the tires are at half wear for 23500 miles. So I can't complain..nomal wear. So I proceeded to buy the car. And I told Collins that my Credit Union had pre-aproved me at a very low rate. Then a short while later I met with Dean Shores, (Finance Director) and told he Beat the rate my Credit Union gave me. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!! So, to wrap this up, It was THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. And I'm 48 years old. If you are looking for an Acura, or something on there lot, THESE are the guys YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH. Wow! After visiting many dealerships and driving several cars, my girlfriend and I found an Acura TSX that we liked at Prime Acura in Walpole, MA. We found the car on Prime Acura’s website and were intrigued by the price shown. When we arrived we were greeted by Mary Lopez. She was very kind and informative. We told her what car we came to see and she showed us were it was and told us all about it. After going for a test drive we were ready to talk numbers. Mary was fair and got straight to the point. She gave my girlfriend and I a chance to speak in private. After we were done talking we were greeted by Peter Cronin (the general manager) who made the final negotiations quick and painless. We got the car we were looking for at an amazing price AND it was Acura certified. If my story ended here, I would have been more than satisfied. THEN, we met with Christian Kassis in finance. We filled out the loan application and expressed our confidence that our credit scores should grant us a low interest rate. Christian told us he would do the best he could. We had heard this before at other dealerships and been disappointed. The banks replied quickly and Christian came to present us with a lower rate than even WE thought was possible AND HE was just as excited as we were!! He was also very knowledgeable when offering us extended warranties, however never pressured us to buy any of them. Overall, the employees of Prime Acura showed us spectacular customer service, honesty, and as a result we will be customers for life. My girlfriend and I are a young couple and the experiences we had before Prime Acura were far from what I have explained, But don’t take our word for it, take a trip down there and see for yourself.
