Offering .9% financing so we went in to buy to get financing price but they DID NOT say we had to sign paperwork to get financing but we did order vehicle. Had a trade that they offered us one price when we ordered the vehicle but when we went to pick up the car and sign paperwork they went down $800 for 800 miles the vehicle was driven. Tom, the manager, came over super phoney saying "Nice to meet you" when I already met him so I said, "We've already met." He was your typical "sales manager" trying to talk over everything about the trade in price going down. It was super annoying, especially when they have you waiting while they "make some calls" for hours. It was an overall bad, annoying dealing with this dealership and many, many miscommunications that we felt screwed us on the price. We got the car on Monday and on Friday I called my insurance to make sure everything was all set and they never heard from Prime. When I called Prime they said everything was all set until I told them my insurance had no fax from them. They were supposed to call me back right away on Friday so I could get my inspection sticker and registration and I received no call back. I called Saturday and, of course, I get the apologies about how they didn't call me me. Spending almost $50,000 for a car in this economy I feel they should be bending over backwards and not giving you the typical "car dealership" attitude you'd expect at a dealer. More

After my purchase was made for 2009 TL , I didn't appreciated how my salesman Fernando Lopes at Prime Acura lied to me and told me I couldnt get my registration because the office was closed and how appreciated how my salesman Fernando Lopes at Prime Acura lied to me and told me I couldnt get my registration because the office was closed and how the people in that department all left at 5 p.m.and that I would have to come back the next day. When in fact, I purchase the car on Monday, August 1, 2011 and was given an appointment to pick up my Registration, Plates and Inspection Sticker on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at 6 p.m. My registration should have been ready and available for me to pick up before I got there that evening. I was in traffic for an hour from Boston to Walpole to make my appointment with Mr. Lopes and at that exact time is when he actually decided to call me at 6 p.m. to cancel the appointment when I was already sitting in the service department. When we met he basically lied right to my face and told me their Registration Team and Department was closed and I couldn't get the registration at all that night. If I hadn't spoke with the Sales Manager on my way out , to make sure I got my paperwork, I would have never gotten my registration that night and would had to drive all the way back to Walpole the next day. Thank God, the Sales Manager was honest and got me my registration as promised. Apparently, the real issue was that Fernando Lopes dropped the ball and didn't prepared anything - He forgot about me after the deal was made and his commission was secured; He was trying to sell a SUV to another couple and he didnt want to miss out on the opportunity because I came for my new Registration. I will never recommend anyone to work with him personally. I would recommend Prime Acura Dealership but not Lopes. More

I was a drive by. I wanted to just walk through the parking lot and look at the Acura RDX and MDX. I had a number of vehicles I had been researching. Richard Conroy (sales) came outside. He brought an RDX up from the back for me to sit in. We went inside and looked at the MDX. Once I sat in it, I knew that would be my car! Prime Acura is hands down the best dealership I have ever had to deal with! From the general sales manager (Thomas Dragoo), to my salesman (Richard Conroy), to the finance person (Michael Burke) I felt well taken care of..Prime is Friendly, Hassle free, has Great Service and I thought I got a great deal on my trade in and new MDX. I drove out of the parking lot with my brand new MDX a week later and I am so HAPPY with my whole experience. Sales Associate Richard Conroy was FABULOUS! I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new Acura. More
