I am extremely disappointed with this dealership. The customer service is terrible and when I wrote to the management including the General Manager and the President of the Corporation on issues (which I customer service is terrible and when I wrote to the management including the General Manager and the President of the Corporation on issues (which I will detail later), no one considered it important to respond. The General Manager has promised a response many days ago but I still did not get a reply. The President of the company was copied also on e-mails but he did not even acknowledge it. The dealership was good only up to the time sales after that they took advantage of me in service appointments on many issues. I will NEVER buy anything from this dealership. I am thinking of writing to Acura, perhaps it can resolve my issues with the dealership. More

I just purchased a 2009 TSX from Prime Acura and it was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was looking for a particular car that was advertised on the Internet and didn't see it on by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was looking for a particular car that was advertised on the Internet and didn't see it on the lot. Dale looked and couldn't find it either, but offered to take my name and number and search for a similar car at their other dealerships. I hadn't even driven off the lot before Dale called my cell to say the car was just out being detailed and should be back on Monday. I test drove a similar model with him and purchased the original car I had wanted literally sight unseen based on the trust I developed with Dale. I returned to the dealer a couple days later to switch out my plates and handed in my trade to find the car was in even better shape than I imagined. The sales process was completely no pressure and Dale was straight up and honest with me the entire time. The only thing more impressive than the dealership experience at Prime is the car itself, which is amazing. Thanks! More

We are told that it is a result of buying the technology package. In cars without the package, the sound is terrific. You should be ashamed that you cannot provide decent sound systems when offering an upgarde. We were very excieted to buy the new Acura and that exceitment has been greatly diminished by the lousy sound of the radio and we will pass that info on to others. Please note it has nothing to do with the salesperson, Ms. Chamoun, who we always deal with and is always very helpful. This problem is not a good ad for Acura !! Diane M. Dunbar More
