We just bought a brand new Acura MDX at the Prime acura. We are extremely satisfied with the customer service provided by Leandra Khouri. She has gone beyond her job as a saleperson. She has worked with us from the beginning when we were brousing for a car until we drive the car home. She is courteous, professional and very personal as well. Unlike other salepersons from other car dealers either very pushy or neglect their customers, Prime Acura in general and Leandra specifically takes her time and explains different things to us so we can know the car better. Leandra takes care the whole thing from A to Z when we bought the car. She works hard on the price so we can get the best deal and all the paperworks, finance, registration and a beautiful car at the end. A few weeks after we got the car, we have a lillte paint scrapes on the side of the car, again Leandra has gone beyond her job and took care of the paint scratches and gave us back a perfect scratch-free MDX. we are very satisfied with Prime Acura and highly reccommend Leandra if anyone comes to look for a car there. More
This is my third purchase from this dealer. I return because my salesperson, Fadia Chamoun is terrific. She cares about my satisfaction and goes above and beyond in her customer service. Prime Acura is unsual in that the sales people do not pressure the customer like thay do at other dealerships. Great service and price, and a warm and friendly ennvironment. I went into Prime Acura a little over a year ago feeling apprehensive about the whole "buying a car" experience. I had been previously been to a Volvo, Audi, and Nissan dealership and had bad experiences. apprehensive about the whole "buying a car" experience. I had been previously been to a Volvo, Audi, and Nissan dealership and had bad experiences. I felt like the sales people were extremely pushy and just looking to move a car off the lot that very day. My car experience changed when I entered Prime Acura. I walked into the dealership with the notion that I was going to buy a car from Rietzel Audi in Norwell, but since my friends had raved about their Acura's I would simply go and check it out before I made such a big purchase. I was not on the lot 3 minutes when Ellen greeted me with a warm smile. I instantly felt relaxed with Ellen and ended up spending the next 3 hours with her. Ellen was extremely patient and knowledgeable - she took the time to sit with me and listen to my needs and wants before presenting options within my price range. I test drove 3 different cars that day and fell in love with a new TSX with the tech package. Ellen worked the numbers until we came up with a payment that I was comfortable worked within my budget. I left the dealership that day with the new TSX that I rave to others about. I also left that day knowing that I would never buy a car from any other place other than Prime Acura. Ellen was the best salesperson I have ever worked with and I tell my friends and family members that is the most exceptional salesperson that I have ever dealt with. More
I had previously owned an Acura Integra and was looking to trade in my Acura TL. I was specifically looking at the MDX and debated on whether to purchase new or used. My sales associate Dale Weaver was to trade in my Acura TL. I was specifically looking at the MDX and debated on whether to purchase new or used. My sales associate Dale Weaver was very patient with me as I drove and reviewed both options. The better fit for me was the Used MDX. I was very pleased with entire sales process and the final negotiated price with trade in. The car was ready and available within 2 days. Overall I am very please with my purchase and the manner inwhich the Dale and staff treating me. More
I was just rolling into yet another lease (my eyes cross eyed at the thought), my sixth to be exact. Personally, I would rather have a root canal than go sit in front of yet another dealer who swears he has eyed at the thought), my sixth to be exact. My last experience was with Bernardi Honda in Natick and in less then 10 hours of signing, I was contacted by Boch Honda who assured me I could make the switch EVEN though I signed a contract! Not only were they wrong, as by law one does NOT have 3 days for a legally binding contract when it comes to car dealerships, but Bernardi whom I had a relationship with for 3 leases prior, decided to keep my down payment of $1200! Although, it is a law to protect them,they have the right, should they decide to on good faith give back the deposit....most do from what I had learned, but not them! Being that I have been a loyal customer I thought they would have taken that into consideration... I felt taken, by not one, but both dealerships, my experience has left me weary and I cringe whenever it's time to renew. When I researched Acura dealerships I naturally looked up the reviews and what people had to say about any said experience. Although, Framingham is closer to home for me, I found Framingham Acura reviews to be consistently negative. While I was surprised that Prime Acura's reviews where not only consistent, they were 9x out of 10 awesome! How can that be, I wondered, "THEY'RE car dealers?!!!" Sorry, I am not a judgemental person, and I hate to stereotype, but the majority do not shine with integrity as far as I'm concerned. It goes without say I was still pretty reluctant. When I walked into the Prime dealership, I was greeted by Ellen. This surprised and pleased me because she seemed to be the one, along with Joe, that stood out on this site in a positive light. She immediately put me at ease and worked with me to find me the car I wanted. Not only has she been excellent with following up after the sale- something you do not often find...but, I accidentally left my "Easy pass" in my old vehicle and twice she has tried to connect with me and offer to drop it off to me in Natick. Who does that after the fact?! She did, and I am quite impressed. I love my new TSX, and am happy to say that I have changed my opinion on "the car buying experience". Ellen and Joe made it painless and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them. If you are looking for a new vehicle, and want to experience someone who cares and offers a great product, go to Prime Acura in Walpole and ask for Ellen Gallagher! More

When it came to dealing with my unusual situation and less than perfect credit, Scott Powers was incredibly accommodating and very reassuring. He went above and beyond the service I expected to get, and even further above what I had experienced from other dealers in the past. I have since moved much further away from Prime Acura, but I couldn't imagine going anywhere else, so I still get all my service from them and am happy to make the drive. More
Prime Acura is great. This is the second car I bought there. Leandra was especially helpful and made me very comfortable in making my car choice.
