This is the 4 car i have leased at this dealership and i have to say this experience by far was the best experience i have ever had. Everyone that i have dealt with in the 12 years i have been leasing a Acura car with them has been fantastic and the service department is one of the most accomidating/knowledgeable service departments i have even been at. I never thought that a sales person can make a difference in buying a car. Well, I found out first hand, when after visiting BMW dealership I knew I do not want a BMW X5 anymore for my experience with a sale in buying a car. Well, I found out first hand, when after visiting BMW dealership I knew I do not want a BMW X5 anymore for my experience with a sales person was not what I call pleasant. Acura MDX was the second car on my list of favorite cars and I ended up getting it because Ellen Gallagher, who was my sales person at Prime Acura, made my experience of buying a car quite nice. Paperwork was done promptly, Ellen made sure that i got the car that I wanted and it suited my lifestyle. I can't stop telling my friends about my new car. I have purchase 2 cars from this Acura Dealership, a 2004 MDX and most recently since it became Prime Acura, a 2008 TL. Our salesperson for the TL was Ellen Gallagher. She was knowlegable, friendly, and MDX and most recently since it became Prime Acura, a 2008 TL. Our salesperson for the TL was Ellen Gallagher. She was knowlegable, friendly, and we never felt any pressure. She made our test drives of both the TL and TSX a joy, and took time to explain everything about both cars. Having gone through the car purchase experience countless times in over 30 years of driving, dealing with Ellen was without doubt the most enjoyable one, and she is the only salesperson I remember by name. Whe it comes time to purchase our next car, Ellen will surely be someone we visit. More
Ron Cohen, our sales person was great, he went out of his way to make sure that our car was ready on time. This is my second Acura purchased at the dealership. My experience with purchasing my new 2011 Acura MDX was outstanding. The sales person, Henry Silva, was extremely professional, polite, and made himsel experience with purchasing my new 2011 Acura MDX was outstanding. The sales person, Henry Silva, was extremely professional, polite, and made himself available according to our schedule. He helped us compare other vehicles against the Acura. and was very patient while we took the time to test drive other vehicles. He followed up to see if we had any questions or if he could offer assistance, but never did it feel like sales pressure. He was able to answer all the questions we had about the 2011 Acura, comparing it to our older one, and described many more features that we were not aware of. He worked with us to get a very fair price and followed up to offer his help after we had the new car for a few days. Also, as I mentioned in the beginning, this is my second Acura from this dealership. The service staff is outstanding as well. I have a 2007 MDX that has only been serviced at Prime and we can not say enough positive things about them. Always accommodating, polite and knowledgeable. Overall, this dealership treats their customers with a personal touch and would highly recommend them to family and friends. More
I have now purchased two MDXs from Ellen Gallagher. We still have both of them. They are great cars, but Ellen is an even better salesperson. I've always been a car guy and have enjoyed learning about cars. I'd often visit show rooms to see the cars I've read about. The "typical" sales person in the car business knew less about their own product than I did. When I'd ask a question they didn't know the answer to, they would simply try to bluff their way out of it. Not very confidence inspiring. You won't get any of that from Ellen. She is knowledgeable and allows buyers to work at their own pace. There is never the typical sales pressure. She really seems concerned about building a long term relationship rather than just the one time sale. That is what I want in a car salesperson I am dealing with. I highly recommend you talk with Ellen about your car needs. You won't be disappointed. More
