Scott was very knowledgable about the TSX and TL, inside and out. He was very accommodating with test drive, listened to our comments, questions, and concerns, and happily addressed them. We almost signed for a new TSX and at the last minute switched to a TL, and he took very good care to rewrite all the paperwork and process quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure working with him at the sale, and the follow up over the next several days and weeks. He followed up with everything we discussed, and any questions that we had. Overall leasing experience was excellent from start to finish. Our sales person was very accomodating. As I did my research on what new vehicle I wanted, I had a suspicion that I'd be returning to Acura (have owned an '04 TL and have an '05 MDX) for my next car. Taking the debates of the 2011 TL styling out of the picture, I knew the car represented a great value and hit the right mix of features and price. And I knew what I wanted to pay for it. I initially contacted Prime Acura through an Internet quote and Melissa Reavill got me an amazing price. She connected me with Richard Conroy, who provided the most effortless car buying purchase I've ever had. Richard is a true professional and realized that I knew what I wanted and made sure Prime could deliver for this potential customer. What really set the experience apart was Richard's flexibility -- as a working parent, time is at a premium and my schedule is very tight. Even though the end of the quarter was at hand, I never felt rushed or pressured. All in all, I love my new car and am happy that the experience to get it was easy and quick! More
