I went in for service. The service rep, Stephen I believe, was great. Greeted, friendly all good. I told him my issue and he got my car in and was realistic about the time. I was there at about 8:35 He mentioned might be about 1-2 hours to get a better understanding what’s going on. I got an answer around the 10:30ish mark. So by now it’s almost 11 I was told it will be about 30-40 minutes they are working on my recall by my initial issue currently was resolved the dashboard was clear. He then mentioned we will clean it and vacuum, I said no need but then I was like okay a vacuum will be good. It’s now 12:50 my car is still being looked at. I am getting annoyed because I was told 30-40 minutes. By around 1 another rep asked if he can assist me because he can see I was upset. He said the car should be ready and we just need to do a quick wash and vacuum (i thought this was done already) so I said no I just want to leave. I get checked out and was told the lights are no longer on the dashboard if it pops back on come on in and we will do a deeper dive. Before I even step into my car the lights that I went in for were still there. Nothing was resolved, I was there for almost 5 hours and now I have to go back to drop it off again. Within those five hours it should have been looked at and not dependent on a code being erased. I appreciate the friendliness and the professionalism but 5 hours is a long time and not have anything resolved. Yes my recall was done but that wasn’t what I went in for. More
