I live in Montana and called Bridget for some help and advice on a new Tacoma: she was recommended to me by a friend who lives in the cities. I only wish I lived in Minnesota so I could have bought the vehicle from her. More

Customer service was great up to the point of us leaving the deposit and ordered it - then non - existent. I had to call numerous times to find the status of the car. But the worst came during attempted trade - in and signing of the papers. We had a appointment with Bridget - but she still had us wait for an hour before we talk to her (she had other possible clients). For trade in and signing - all the information was supplied to the dealership - but none was entered in, thus another 1.5 hours before they gave me ridiculously low price for trade in and another hour before papers were signed. And the lowest point came during final delivery. We had 3 adults and 2 kids with us and again we had an appointment. We waited 2 hours for Bridget to see us despite numerous attempts to find somebody not that busy (she was again busy with potential customers). Finance office was great - fast and efficient. Bottom line - if price is utmost important - great dealership. Maybe I just was unlucky - coming during busy time. More

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We told Pat what we wanted and didn't want so the sale went fast and smooth. We recently purchased a used Toyota Solara from Darin and Tom at IGT. It was purchased "As Is" and had nearly 100k on it. We drove it for about 500 miles before learning that it was consuming quite a bit Tom at IGT. It was purchased "As Is" and had nearly 100k on it. We drove it for about 500 miles before learning that it was consuming quite a bit of oil. We monitored it and after learning it was more serious than we thought, we returned back to IGT and had their service dept (which is very nice by the way) take a look at it. The said it needed an O2 sensor (free of charge) and they would start a monitoring program for the oil, to come back after 500 miles. We returned after 500 miles and they found it to be a qt low at that time and did some testing. To make a long story short, IGT took responsibility (even though there was really no way for them to know about it beforehand) and purchased the car back from us at full price. This now was about 2 months later. We could have really been stuck with thousands of dollars of repairs. You don't find customer service like this anymore, and it was unfortunate we couldn't find another car their to replace this one, but I would highly recommend Inver Grove Toyota to anybody looking for a vehicle and truly thank them for the kind service. More

Wayne and Dan were excellent to work with. They were willing to deal and matched the numbers I was looking for. Tyler was very professional. He has a very likeable personality. He does definitely not fit the old stereotype of an "used car dealer". I liked that he was not too aggressiv. I found Bridget to be very knowledgeable about all of the cars on the lot, both new and used. She was very patient with me and my many question as we narrowed in on the car we finally ended up buying for my wife. The dealership was very competitive with pricing the trade-in and I was very pleased with the price of the new RAV4. But what really was impressive is Bridget's knowledge of the leasing option and that she explained how leasing the car may save us money in the long run. We did end up with a lease, fist time ever, and thanks to Bridget, it will save us money. I would recommend Inver Grove Toyota, and Bridget in particular. More

Tyler was a fantastic sales representative who was helpful, creative, and very responsive to my needs. He was also very pleasant to deal with. The only negative with the dealership -- and it has not helpful, creative, and very responsive to my needs. He was also very pleasant to deal with. The only negative with the dealership -- and it has nothing to do with Tyler -- is that after you say you're going to buy the car, they put a full court press on to sell expensive and unnecessary add-ons like rust proof, water guard etc. That notwithstanding, my experience was very good and Tyler was great. I contacted the dealership through email to begin with to inquire about their inventory of RAV4s. Their were very quick in responding and following up on all of my questions. My husband and I made an appointment to come in to test-drive their one available RAV4 with 4WD. Tyler was very helpful and knowledgeable, and wasn't pushy at all. We did all of our negotiating with Tree who was very professional and friendly. Eventually we agreed on a price and bought the car. Tyler was there to make sure we understood everything about the vehicle and answer any other questions we had about servicing, etc. Overall, it was a very painless process and I would highly recommend this dealership. More
