Tyler was very professional. He has a very likeable personality. He does definitely not fit the old stereotype of an "used car dealer". I liked that he was not too aggressiv. I found Bridget to be very knowledgeable about all of the cars on the lot, both new and used. She was very patient with me and my many question as we narrowed in on the car we finally ended up buying for my wife. The dealership was very competitive with pricing the trade-in and I was very pleased with the price of the new RAV4. But what really was impressive is Bridget's knowledge of the leasing option and that she explained how leasing the car may save us money in the long run. We did end up with a lease, fist time ever, and thanks to Bridget, it will save us money. I would recommend Inver Grove Toyota, and Bridget in particular. More

My husband and I made an appointment to come in to test-drive their one available RAV4 with 4WD. Tyler was very helpful and knowledgeable, and wasn't pushy at all. We did all of our negotiating with Tree who was very professional and friendly. Eventually we agreed on a price and bought the car. Tyler was there to make sure we understood everything about the vehicle and answer any other questions we had about servicing, etc. Overall, it was a very painless process and I would highly recommend this dealership. When we took delivery of the vehicle Kole was very detailed and thorough with the cars features to make sure we understood and could operate them all. Everyone that we had contact with were friendly and receptive to us. Dave in finance was informative and personable. The dealership was clean and well laid out and very comfortable to be in. We also felt the end price of the vehicle we purchased was more than fair so were extremely pleased about that! My wife and I stopped by Luther's Toyota on Wednesday, June 23rd, 2010. We had just come from the Nissan dealer across the street, talking with a sales guy whom I was not impressed with. We had done research on the Altima and Camry and told my wife I think we're better off looking a the Camry. We drove into the Luther lot and was met my Wayne Holten, great guy, very professional and opposite of our previous sales guy experience. If your looking for a great car, knowledgeable and no pressure salesman, we recommend requesting a visit with Wayne (Johnny Carson look alike). He found us the car my wife had wanted, at a reasonable price, with a few laughs thrown in. I typically don't like dealing with salesman, but highly recommend seeing Wayne. Straight shooter, honest. We also like the 2009 Camry SE, great vehicle - great experience. John & Jocelyn Will More
