My wife and I stopped in to IGT to look at a used 2010 Rav4. We had been to several dealers testing Nissan Rogue, Honda CRV and Mits Outlander. We walked onto the lot and were greeted by Adam. We test drove the Rav4 and Adam went over the features on the Rav4 and answered all our questions. We wanted to test drive the KIA Sportage before making a final decesion. Adam was very professional and put no pressure on us to skip the process or slam a competiter. I told Adam when we would test drive the vehicle and to contact us on Saturday. He contacted us on Saturday and we set a time to meet and confirm the vehicle was still available. Adam had the vehicle ready for us when we arrived. One final test drive and that was it. The vehicle was certified and had a 7 year warranty on the drivetrain. It also had a one year bumper to bumper warranty. They had 1.90 apr on the loan for us which was lower then anyone in town. Everyone at IGT was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. From Jessica who took our credit application and got our financing set up to Larry who completed the paperwork. Hello! I just wanted to highlight my experience with Inver Grove Toyota/Scion. I had been looking to purchase a Scion XB for about 3 years and I have had quite a difficult time finding the right car fo Inver Grove Toyota/Scion. I had been looking to purchase a Scion XB for about 3 years and I have had quite a difficult time finding the right car for the right price. I finally found a 2009 Scion XB that fit both of those credentials. I went to some other Toyota dealerships before I went to Inver Grove and I didn't really feel like the other dealerships were interested in my needs. When I went to Inver Grove Toyota Jim was nice enough to meet me in the parking lot and take me to exactly the car I was looking for. We then talked for a bit before I took a test drive. Jim was very polite...even making sure to tell someone that called him on his cell phone that he was on a test drive and he would call this person back. After some negotiation and working on my trade-in I was able to purchase my car with Jim. He made the entire process extremely easy and always made me feel like I was the most important person throughout the experience. I purchased a used vehicle from Keith (Vinny) on my very first day of shopping and first visit to IG Toyota. Vinny knows his business and my first impressions were excellent all the way around. I want a salesperson that values my time and Vinny gave me his full attention until the sale was closed and I was on my way. I have a strong feeling IG Toyota will take good care of me if/when I exercise the extended warranty I purchased. The lovely administrative staff person that wrote up the paperwork, explained the warranty and accepted my personal check was super warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Mgmt, sales and admin had to stay late on a holiday Friday night to close my sale and get me on my way. I am trusting that the service staff will be just as experienced, friendly and responsive if I need them. More
