Repair after Repair, dollar after dollar w In the past year and a half I have experienced the WORST luck any person could be dealt with my (then) car. Repair after Repair, dollar after dollar with no avail or resolution in sight. It is at that point that I took the advice of many and decided it was time to call it quits and move on to a better investment and more reliable vehicle. After deciding I wanted to go with a Toyota , I made the trip to Inver Grove Toyota where I met Master Certified Salesman Jim Hayes. My nerves and fears were immediately met with comfort and relaxation due to Jim's down to earth demeanor and strong knowledge of the trade. There was never any point in time that I felt rushed or pressured, or as if my concerns and standards weren't valid. I felt valued and cared for the entire time (I was there for 3+ hours). Jim helped me find a 2011 Camry that was a perfect match for my style and price range. It is at that point that I met Bob Herrmann in the Finance Department. Like Jim, Bob was incredibly down to earth and assured me things would work out, even though my credit situation was less than perfect to say the least. Through his hard work and commitment to me as a customer, I was financed at an affordable rate and on my way. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. It is clear through the dedication of Jim and Bob that Inver Grove Toyota does more than just provide a service- they care about their customers! More

She was very helpful in explaining all the details with what I needed to know with leasing a car. The payments were well explained and affordable. Terrific! I leased my Toyota out of Pennsylvania, soni didn't know where to take it to get serviced. I am so happy to have taken it here! Very poor experience - the dealership self-destructed. I visited this dealership on Saturday, January 31 just after noon to purchase a 2015 Toyota Corolla for my wife. Prior to this I spent the previous tw I visited this dealership on Saturday, January 31 just after noon to purchase a 2015 Toyota Corolla for my wife. Prior to this I spent the previous two months researching the various models and options, discussing with my wife. On Saturday we were in agreement as to which model and options we desired. When I arrived I was paired with Fred Rich, who did an excellent job describing the various features and demonstrating how to use them, an example being using the Bluetooth hands-free to make telephone calls. Fred was outstanding; very patient and knowledgeable. Once Fred and I agreed upon a price, the trouble began. All I wanted was to purchase the vehicle and leave. If I had been accommodated, I would have that vehicle in my garage at this moment. Unfortunately, this did not come to pass because other employees, in a colloquial sense “couldn’t let it go” and though I was very specific that I wanted to sign and be on my way and kept trying to sell me things I did not want, even though I was very vocal that I did not want any additional items; wanting to just purchase the vehicle and go. I mentioned several times that I have an Autistic son with a Service Dog and I did not want to spent any additional time than was necessary. Fred and I had agreed on a price, so I was ready to wrap it up and leave. It was the behavior of Jenny Schaffhausen that was the last straw. I told her even before she began speaking that I had no more time (It was now almost 3 PM) and that I was not interested in anything other than purchasing the vehicle and leaving. Ignoring me, she simply talked the dealership out of the sale. I told Fred that though I appreciated his time, the sale was off and I thanked him and left. Jenny and Greg should apologize to Fred for costing him this sale. Inexcusable. I then purchased the identical vehicle from Mike Dockendorf for nearly $800 less. More
