The van was ready to go as soon as we go there; the dealership evaluated our trade in while we were test driving the new vehicle. When we returned, there was no haggling. She understood we were busy and gave us the best price she could and told us if there was anything further she could do, to let her know. We then went to another dealership and it was the typical "waste your time" experience. This was, by far, the most pleasant and easiest car buying experience to date.
