It's not close to our house, but after my first conversation with them, I knew we would buy from them. Friendly, knowledgeable, fair and just down right good people is what we would say. Linda, our sales person, was FANTASTIC! She was able to go the extra mile and find the Sienna we wanted, even though it was in a different state! She arranged for it to be delivered and she was the one who actually delivered it our house some 40 or so miles away on her own time! Just awesome if you ask me! Shop at IG Toyota, They're the best! We came to the Inver Grove Heights dealership to drive a used vehicle. The car we were interested in had already been sold but Randy and Bryan assure We came to the Inver Grove Heights dealership to drive a used vehicle. The car we were interested in had already been sold but Randy and Bryan assured us we could look around and find something comparable to try. There were so many great cars but when Bryan talked to us and did a needs and wants analysis, he quickly narrowed down our search and put us in a vehicle to try out. We really liked it. He made sure it was the right car for us and also gave us other options in case "used" was what we truly preferred (because that is what we said we wanted). When we crunched the numbers the new car was a really great buy! The car has every bell and whistle we were looking for. They were so accommodating and quick. Randy made sure the process was a smooth one and entertained us while we waited for the amazing Aleaha to work on our financing. She is friendly, succinct and speedy (you have a star in that one)! I appreciate that everyone was so welcoming and accommodating and really made it known that they were they to serve us.
