Repair after Repair, dollar after dollar with no avail or resolution in sight. It is at that point that I took the advice of many and decided it was time to call it quits and move on to a better investment and more reliable vehicle. After deciding I wanted to go with a Toyota , I made the trip to Inver Grove Toyota where I met Master Certified Salesman Jim Hayes. My nerves and fears were immediately met with comfort and relaxation due to Jim's down to earth demeanor and strong knowledge of the trade. There was never any point in time that I felt rushed or pressured, or as if my concerns and standards weren't valid. I felt valued and cared for the entire time (I was there for 3+ hours). Jim helped me find a 2011 Camry that was a perfect match for my style and price range. It is at that point that I met Bob Herrmann in the Finance Department. Like Jim, Bob was incredibly down to earth and assured me things would work out, even though my credit situation was less than perfect to say the least. Through his hard work and commitment to me as a customer, I was financed at an affordable rate and on my way. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
