I needed a used car, did all of my research and found the year/make/model for a car on my list. It was priced higher than a similar car at another dealership and when I called the dealership, Jim didn't hesitate to match the price even though it had slightly fewer miles and a few more trim options. The test drive went well and Jim was very knowledgeable about the car even though it wasn't a Toyota. Inver Grove Toyota was even able to secure financing at a rate that was about a quarter of a percent lower than my bank and half a percent lower than a competing dealership. IMO, buying a used car is not a fun time but if you do your research and have someone like Jim Hayes at Inver Grove Toyota to work with then it's a very satisfying experience. I couldn't be more pleased with my "new" used car! More

Simple and no pressure My wife and I were in the market for a well maintained, low mileage second vehicle, and didn't want to spend a whole lot. We saw an ad for an older model RAV-4 and drove down on a rainy Tuesday evening to check it out. Within minutes of arrival we were out for a road test, and shortly after that we made a cash offer, which was accepted in the space of about 3 minutes. By my estimate, we were probably only at IGT for about 90 minutes, and drove home with our "new" vehicle very pleased with the experience. Mack was very polite, pleasant to talk to, efficient, and got answers to all our questions right away. We were especially grateful for such good service because we'd taken several weeks to look at a lot of vehicle options, in a lot of places. So it was a pleasant surprise to wind up this long process with no pressure, and a decision we both felt good about. The process of scheduling over the phone was very easy, but my experience during my visit was really amazing. From the minute Paige, the service technician walked up to greet me in my car, I felt more like I was coming back to a familiar service department than checking out a totally new one. The waiting area was very spacious and comfortable, and even though only plate glass separated it from the main entrance of the service department, the environment in the waiting area was virtually soundproof. Based on this experience, I will definitely be returning to Inver Grove Toyota for future service needs. I'm also likely to consider them the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. More
