AAAAMAZING! I came to Inver Grove Toyota after having a bad experience with Maplewood Toyota while bringing my Mom's 2014 Camry in for service. The Service depar I came to Inver Grove Toyota after having a bad experience with Maplewood Toyota while bringing my Mom's 2014 Camry in for service. The Service department at Inver Grove Toyota surpassed all of my expectations including putting me in a 2015 Camry for the day so I didn't have to wait. I myself was driving a 2012 Camry at the time and when I went to pick up my Mom's car I decided to look at a new vehicle, and that is when I met Jessica. I described to Jessica that I was contemplating purchasing a new vehicle and I was concerned about financing because of past credit troubles. Jessica assured me that she would do everything she could to help me get into a new vehicle if that was what I really wanted to do. She put me in touch with Lindsay who does sales and told me she would start working on the financing portion of it. I am pleased to say that I went back this morning, and within 3 hours I drove off of the lot in a brand new 2016 Toyota Camry SE Special Edition that I never thought I would be able to do in a million years! Between Jessica working extremely hard on financing and Lindsay helping me find a car that had everything I wanted, I could not be anymore impressed! I am so appreciative of the both of them and all of the friendly staff at Inver Grove Toyota that I will never go anywhere else to buy a car, ever again!!! Thanks again, you all are truly amazing! Wonderful Friendly Service on the Fly My daughter needed to get a car, and she'd decided on a Scion. We have a local dealer in Minot, ND, but the price and selection weren't what my daught My daughter needed to get a car, and she'd decided on a Scion. We have a local dealer in Minot, ND, but the price and selection weren't what my daughter had in mind. We were in town to visit another daughter, and Inver Grove had one of the Scions my daughter wanted to look at. We called en route, and spoke to Dean Rothenbacher. He answered all the questions she had, and told her it would be available for a test drive when we got there. She and my husband took it out, while we waited in the comfy customer lounge. Dean and my daughter came to a mutual terms, and we were in and out quickly. My daughter got the car she wanted, at the price she wanted, and with a wonderful experience. She is very satisfied with her car, and we all had a great experience. We had to drive a little for our deal, but it was definitely WORTH IT!! More
