Like dealing with a friend My experience with Inver Grove Toyota was probably the greatest experience I have had with any dealership. What I did not experience was that salesman My experience with Inver Grove Toyota was probably the greatest experience I have had with any dealership. What I did not experience was that salesman trying to ram anything down my throat for the sake of making a sale. What I experienced was not a salemanship but more of a "friendship". The guy whom I eventually closed the deal with was Perry Smulders. I went into the dealership looking for a second car. I knew exactly what I wanted. So when Perry asked, "can I help you", I told him exactly what I had in mind and to my surprise, he stated "I have just the car you want". I was expecting the sales pitch of "I have a better car" or "you don't want that, this is what you really want". Low and behold, Perry delivered. It came down to the exact same exterior color I desired. It even had more amenities than I was looking for and the cost still remained slightly lower than what I was initially willing to pay. No pressure whatsoever. Just like dealing with an old friend. What stood out the most for me was sincerity in which Perry sought in ensuring that I had a very pleasant experience. "Outstanding Staff at Inver Grove Toyota" I went outside this afternoon to look at new Toyota vehicles. A young lady by the name of Aminah Smulders asked me if she could help. We casually looked over a large inventory of new vehicles. I felt very comfortable. She knew that I was a hybrid fan and wouldn't consider anything else. That did narrow things down quickly. Then, we talked about the colors. As much as I love silver, I found myself drifting towards white or black. Then, from out of nowhere was a black/black RAV4 Hybrid. I fell in love almost immediately. I had a trade in that needed to be assessed. I was given a fair amount for my trade in. The paperwork was completed in record time. I appreciated the attention to detail with this process. The dealership has a nice service area. The people that work here are very friendly. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased at this location. If they need a car and or maintenance, I would highly recommend my family and friends to visit Inver Grove Toyota. I am a retired US military guy, I've traveled a lot, this dealership is awesome!
