We sent a message to the dealership inquiring about a new 2026 Toyota Crown Limited. About 15 minutes later Bryan Hopson called and we scheduled an appointment for a test drive. When we arrived at the dealership the car was waiting for us. Bryan was polite and thorough in explaining the car and all of the functionality. We worked out the trade in offer on our old vehicle and the out the door price for the new vehicle. We agreed on the deal with Bryan. Next we waited to discuss rust protection, 3M film to protect the hood, paint sealants with a second person. Finally we met Pat to finalize the paperwork. The last two steps took a little more time than we would have liked because we had to wait until they were available and the paperwork was ready. In both instances once we were face to face everything went fairly fast. Overall our experience was positive and we look forward to working with the dealership in the future! More

We had a great experience buying a slightly used RAV4 with Darin Wald. He was very knowledgeable and laid back, just fun to talk with while test driving and figuring out which trim level we wanted. There was a delay taking delivery because of a title transfer issue, and Darin arranged for us to use a really nice new Camry in the meantime, definitely above and beyond.
