Dealing with ethical professionals I went to Inver Grove Hyundai and dealt with Chris, the sales manager and with Bill Barnhart, the sales associate on December 9th, 2015 . Both gentlemen were welcoming and very personable,but, what set them apart was the ethical and professional manner in which they treated me. They gave me a fair evaluation of my trade-in, and a great price for a new Hyundai Sonata. I would highly recommend these gentlemen in a heartbeat, they went above and beyond what most people would do! The fact is they had nothing to gain by their service, because I did;t even buy the car from them. However, class and ethics should be honored whenever it happens! Frustrated I bought a brand new car here, was called less than 48 hours later stating that there are some recalls on it that need fixed so can I bring it back in I bought a brand new car here, was called less than 48 hours later stating that there are some recalls on it that need fixed so can I bring it back in for 2- 3 hours to do so? Annoying, as I would think that the dealership would check on those before selling it or sending it home with me altogether. Very frustrating and disappointing. More
