Great place to buy a new car I got a good no messing around deal on a 2016 Sonata Limited, and a fair trade-in on my 2013 Sonata Limited. My sales person Ashley Malenke, is a stra I got a good no messing around deal on a 2016 Sonata Limited, and a fair trade-in on my 2013 Sonata Limited. My sales person Ashley Malenke, is a straight shooter, was very responsive, and as a person she is outstanding. The entire staff at IGH was professional with no gimmicks. If you’re going to buy a Hyundai, first do your homework then head to Inver Grove Hyundai for a great car buying experience and ask for Ashley Malenke. I bought my 2013 Sonata from IGH from a sales person who no longer works there with a similar experience. FYI – I’m not associated with IGH in any way. More
I would re-think leasing, end of lease inspection nightmare! The dealership itself is great, service people are excellent. Some issues arise at lease end. Hyundai requires a third party inspection of the vehicle prior to turn in. I was not contacted by anyone to arrange the inspection. Finally I called IGH Hyundai. I was informed I needed to call Hyundai lease end hotline and they could arrange to have it inspected within a day or two. After calling the hotline I was informed I needed to wait a day and then contact the third party inspection company directly. The next day I called the third party, the earliest they could inspect the vehicle was 11 days later. Which happened to be one day prior to lease end. It's more convenient to lease from a manufacturer that can inspect the car at the dealership when dropping the vehicle off at lease end. I missed the disposition fee of $400 at lease end. Shame on me, although it was not mentioned at signing. I don't like paying it but I will. I leased a Malibu from a GM dealership 4 months later as a second car, they pointed out the disposition fee. I asked them to waive the fee or cancel the purchase agreement, they waived the fee. They also complete the final lease inspection at the dealership no unwanted hassle. I know which manufacturer I will continue to lease with. More

The car I was it on was a 2017 Santa Fe Limited-Ultimate. After mulling it over on Sunday, I decided to stop into the dealership to test drive the Santa Fe on Monday after work. I was sold on the quality right away. Very nice ride, and very quite. I was actually looking for a Santa Fe SE with the 2 option packages, but there were none to be found with the beige interior. After the test drive, I decided that this Santa Fe Limited was the car I wanted. It had so many features. I traded in a 2013 Ford Edge that I loved very much, but Ford could not give me what this Hyundai has in it for the same price. The Hyundai dealership also gave me a great trade-in price on my Ford Edge. That was another reason I was sold. They did not try to take advantage of me. I paid full price for the Hyundai, with some nice discounts. If you are a military person, they take off $500.00 if you can provide your DD-214. Above all, my salesperson Hanafay Mahmoud was exceptional. Not pushy, very understanding, and very thorough when explaining all the features of the vehicle. After the purchase he spent close to 45 minutes going through every button and feature on my new vehicle from front to back. When I left, I knew everything about the car and felt that Hyundai was a great advocate for their products. I can honestly say I have never felt that way at AutoNation Ford in White Bear. They should take lessons from Hyundai when it comes to customer service. I have bought my last Ford. Loved my Edge, but no comparison to the Hyundai Santa Fe. You can't say enough about customer service. We spend a lot of money on these new cars, and I expect to have my hand held during the sale and all the maintenance that follows.. Special thanks to Hanafay Mahmoud. you are a great salesperson. Your demeanor is so friendly and we felt no pressure at all. That is how you buy and sell cars. It should be relaxed letting the buyer take time to ask questions and feel comfortable about the sale, and Hanafy gets a perfect score in that category. Thanks for a great transaction. I have to admit I was there for entirely too long and I think they can benefit from hiring an additional financial personnel, however Justin ( The financial guy) worked with the bank to keep my payments well within my budget. Thomas kept the mood light and was extremely attentive. When all was said and done I walked out with a beautiful 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT and owe it all to Thomas, Justin, and the amazing staff at Inver Grove Hyundai! More

She was super helpful in getting everything taken care of ahead of time via email to make the process quicker and smoother. They were able to give me a little bit less than sticker price to help me out with the tax, title, and license fees which was really helpful for me. Not to mention I got a lifetime warranty on a 10 year old car! I will absolutely go to Morgan/IGH Hyundai next time I buy a car! More
