Everything as expected I scheduled a service for our mini-van, I got several reminders for the appointment. I wanted to re-schedule and I was able to simply do it. Once I took the mini-van, I gave the keys to the person I was told was going to take care of the service. He was cordial and very diligent with our van. They serviced the van within the estimated timeframe and also were able to fix some issues that were not planned. More

Service Above and Beyond I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The service attendant had some additional service recommendations. I explained to him that I was in the process of moving so I really didn't want to spend any extra money than I needed to at the moment and asked him what was crucial and what the consequences of holding off would be. He was honest about what I needed, explained the things I could wait on and did not try to pressure me into getting anything done that was not necessary at that moment. When I went to check out he had printed out my entire vehicle maintenance history so that I would be able to give it to the new dealership I would be taking my car to after my move. He also made notes about the suggested repairs that we had discussed so that I would know what was needed when I took my car in on my next visit. I was so impressed that he even thought to do this and really appreciated his honesty and thoughtfulness. More

Scheduled 60K service. I brought my 2015 CR-V in for the 60k service.
