It's fun going to get my oil changed at Inver Grove Ford. The two guys in the quick lane have the same name...Erik. Great guys. They just tell me the truth which I like. Great service department! I had a problem on my way to work and they took me in with out an appointment. They got me in and out quickly and I was on my way to work in no time. I bought my vehicle from Inver Grove Ford a little less than a year ago. I have returned multiple times to receive service. I have always been happy with the way the employees have treated me and I have ne than a year ago. I have returned multiple times to receive service. I really appreciate how the service department always takes care of my needs quickly, and always keeps me informed. I also enjoy when I drive into the service lane someone always greets me immediately and gets the process stated quickly. More
