Service department was friendly and the advisor kept me updated and apprised of any changes to what I was originally quoted. I told the advisor that the vehicle was part of a fleet and they took care of al updated and apprised of any changes to what I was originally quoted. These people are thieves and hacks. Purchased a vehicle from this dealership and 32 days later the auto stop mechanism went out on it and there was an intermittent gas smell. I brought it in for repair and the told me that when they fixed later the auto stop mechanism went out on it and there was an intermittent gas smell. I brought it in for repair and the told me that when they fixed the Auto stop mechanism the intermittent gas smell would go away. Got the vehicle back and the intermittent gas smell was still there. I have since brought it back for the intermittent gas smell 3 times and it is still not fixed. I have now had the vehicle for almost 1 yr. I also brought my vehicle in for an oil change at which they told me I needed new brakes and didn't fill my fluids like they said they would. I took the vehicle to another mechanic and they said I had at least 15,000 miles left on my breaks. The service department at this dealership is awful. I will give them credit for not charging me for diagnostic fees for the appointments for trying to find the intermittent gas smell. More
