Always took my car here for service because they’re supposed to know their own product best - my car just rolled 101,000 miles and the transmission dies on the interstate out of no where - no warning l supposed to know their own product best - my car just rolled 101,000 miles and the transmission dies on the interstate out of no where - no warning light or anything. I call to complain that it’s just out of warranty and it completely dies and am told that the 2015 model I have is known for these issues - why wouldn’t they have told me this before so that I could have it checked out?? They tell me they’ll try to help “out of good will” so I have to pay to tow it there - they have it for 2.5 weeks and I’m finally told that they won’t cover it - they won’t even cover half and it’s going to cost me almost $5000 out of pocket. Now I have to pay to have it towed back to my garage where it already was before - I hire someone to go pick it up after being guaranteed by the dealer that they would leave the keys in it so the tow driver can pick it up but lo and behold they “forgot” to leave the keys in it so now I have to pay the tow truck driver a THIRD time to go pick it up again! They’ve wasted so much of my time and money. If you desperately want a Mitsubishi (they are decent cars) I would very much recommend you go ANYWHERE but here for one. More

just traded in my 2018 Outlander Sport for a 2022 Eclipse Cross. I absolutely love my Eclipse. This is the 2nd Mitsubishi I have bought and it won't be my last.
