They try to get money out of every single little thing thcan Worst dealership ever. They promised me $30 oil changes upon negotiating my brand new car and when I took it in they charged $54. The second oil change they tried to charge that again until I made the salesman change it and then the owner called me personally on my cellphone to discuss it. I got it sorted out and they put me down for $30 future oil changes. They told me I needed a tire rotation and I politely declined saying I could do the $15 service in my driveway for free. They sent multiple coupons for 10% off JUST a tire rotation. $1.50 off? No thanks. I called and talked to the owner and he didn't like what I had to say so he said we shouldn't do business together and I still have 4 years on my loan. I asked if they would honor the free inspections and they said yes but they would have their guys look over it almost like a threat. They still continue to send me things in the mail. I took my car there last week for an inspection because I get free inspections supposed to be for life because I bought a brand new car. I took it in for inspection and they told me they can't inspect it because I cracked the plastic bumper. They told me it's a hazard even though it doesn't stick out what so ever and isn't sharp. The guy at the counter told me it's $1,500 in just parts no paint no labor yet couldn't show me paperwork stating any parts cost. I took the car to another well reputible mechanic and they inspected it no problem what so ever and even laughed when I told them what interstate told me. When I got the paperwork back from interstate they marked down the FAILED $68 inspection to 0 with the writing (5 year free inspections). Last time I checked 5 years isn't the life of the car. More

Service Department is Awesome I was at this dealership yesterday to have work done on my vehicle- they were crazy busy and it was the last day of the month. They still, however, washed my car for me although I didn't ask, got my car finished prior to when they told me that they would, and just provided such an awesome overall customer experience. This is nothing new because I always have a great experience there. I would highly recommend their service department. More

We drove by the dealership after hours on a Saturday evening to see if we liked what we saw on the internet before proceeding. A salesman, Josh Bowman, was still around and he gave us as much information as he could that evening. We returned the following Monday evening, test drove and quickly made a deal. It needed to get a couple of bugs worked out, but their service department quickly took care of that on Tuesday. We picked it up after work Tues and have been delighted ever since! The entire group of people at Interstate were very kind and helpful! Josh is a great not-your-typical-pushy salesman. That was the best car buying experience we have ever had! We absolutely would go back there and see Josh again! Will also be telling family and friends about Josh and Interstate Mitsubishi if they are in the market!! I want to give special acknowledgement to Jeff the Service Adviser. He handled my service requests (I say requests because I am somewhat of a gear-head and I already know what I want looked at before I bring my car in) with great diplomacy and tact in helping me evaluate what needs to be addressed regarding recommended scheduled maintenance. I am not an easy customer to please at times (I have high expectations when it comes to receiving expert service levels from a dealership), and Jeff came through with his outstanding degree of knowledge about my car's (11' Lancer GTS) maintenance needs. I would be amiss not to mention the high degree of knowledge and skill your technicians have demonstrated while servicing my car..it comes down to their skill and attention to detail as to why I entrust your dealership with my car. I would not hesitate to recommend your dealership to anyone owning a Mitsubishi (or maybe in the market for one), and will continue to make the 3 hour round trip to have Interstate Mitsubishi meet my service needs in the future.
