Amazing experience!! Our experience with Interstate Mitsubishi was amazing!! My husband & I went to test drive a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander GT (and love it!!) and our exper Our experience with Interstate Mitsubishi was amazing!! My husband & I went to test drive a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander GT (and love it!!) and our experience with Marc Curry and staff was up and beyond customer service!! We bought the extended warranty package for the Outlander and Praise God that we did! I had a small exhaust leak and scheduled an appointment with the service department and Praise Him it was all covered under warranty! The Service department also goes up and beyond customer service! They do a 27 point inspection on the vehicle and also took care of the recall on the vehicle as well. The customer service lounge/waiting room is really cool too, it's makes you feel welcomed with a touch of home! They offer free Wi-Fi, shuttle service (also amazing!!) adding a car wash (also amazing!!),beverages and snacks. Our experience with Interstate Mitsubishi was top notch and we returned 2 months later and purchased another vehicle from Marc Curry, a 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer (love it!!) and also purchased another warranty package that gives you a piece of mind. Our 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer has a few scratches on it & Interstate Mitsubishi will be handling the touch up paint job and will have a loaner vehicle for use (also amazing!!). I know that our experience with the touch up paint job will also be up and beyond!! We are going to be a lifetime Interstate Mitsubishi return customer due to the up and beyond customer service we received!! Thank you, Marc Curry and all staff members!! More
