Angel was super sweet and displayed great customer service. When I called about my check engine light coming on, she told me that I could come to the service department to figure everything out. During this epidemic, knowing Interstate Ford remains open, makes me wonder how much do they care about their employees. Its not like people will die without cars, everyone is supposed to stay home anyho open, makes me wonder how much do they care about their employees. in a hurry, left tools behind They bent the air bag cover, it was sticking up out of the ridge. Made second trip and it was improved but is still not in right, The service technici They bent the air bag cover, it was sticking up out of the ridge. Made second trip and it was improved but is still not in right, The service technician left a pick on the floor of the car. I took i back in, Stared to leave again and saw a dirty flat head screwdriver on the dashboard on the passenger's side. Made a second rip inside and this time took all the paper coverings left in the car to put in the trash and return the second tool. On he way home I looked over and saw that half of the cover was sticking up out of the the ridge. I made a second trip down to have i fixed. I think the tech used the pick to pulled off the cover to do the job fast and bent the cover because hey could not get it flush. I was told that it was because of the sun damaging it. It was not "sun Damaged" when I brought it in. The only thing good I can say about it is they are better than Germain. Next Year I buy a new car. It will not be a ford. More

He directed me to Timothy, a service adviser who checked me, asked if I would be I was greeted promptly by one of the service department employees.. He directed me to Timothy, a service adviser who checked me, asked if I would be waiting while the work was performed and directed me to the waiting area. I was advised that the work would take about an hour and at a little more than an hour, Timothy came to the waiting area and told me that the work was complete and advised I had a small leak and that they had the part available to fix it. I advised him that I had another appointment and therefore could not have it done that day. He told me he would have the technician finish up with my vehicle and that the leak was not serious and could be done another time. Timothy checked me out when my vehicle was ready and never tried to pressure me into anything. More
Visiting From Out of State Needed Service I was in the Dayton area visiting my brother at collage and when i was driving in from Illinois I heard a very very bad noise clang whatever you call I was in the Dayton area visiting my brother at collage and when i was driving in from Illinois I heard a very very bad noise clang whatever you call it sounded like something fell off the front end of my Ford Edge. Being as the trip takes about 6 hours with stops and I am traveling alone I wanted to get it looked at. My steering to me wasn't feeling the same . I went in first thing in the morning and was asked by Pete to come back around 10 am he would get me in . Thank you Pete! And he did ! i have worked at a dealership for 19 years in fleet /commercial sales. So i know the difficulties of a service department and scheduling , handling the appointments they all ready have , and fitting in the pop in customer of unexpected vehicle issues . Expecting to have to be there for a while seen as i was a drop in I brought some work with me . They had me out in about an 1h 30 min as there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. They inspected for me . I am thankful they were able to this as it eased my mind traveling alone on the highways to get back home. i was prepared for something to be wrong and thankful there wasn't. thank you again for fitting me in and looking at my vehicle with the busy schedule of your service department .
