The roof of my Bronco needed to be replaced under warranty. I brought it in and the tech verified the need for replacement. Took all day, but ok. The new roof came in quickly but when I brought it in for the repair, they were not able to complete the work they were prepared for the required glass replacement which meant I had to bring it back a second time. They should have understood the repair requirements before they started. Very inconvenient. Be better prepared for an obvious repair like this one. It was not a troubleshooting diagnostic. I’m sure Ford outlined the procedure that could have been referenced in preparation. The work was ultimately completed satisfactorily. More

It’s bad that the sales department is so good and service is so bad. I cannot believe that I need to leave a brand new truck for two days for door locks.
