The front desk is Always professional, friendly, & helpful! Same with the service department ONLY with the service department they are not sufficiently doing their job to value the customer needs! They have had my car for about a week now and it has not be looked at yet! The reason that was provided to me was that they were short of staff. I understand that, but i have set an appointment that was approved! Which means my car should be looked at as soon as possible! if it were their car i’m sure they would’ve made sure SOMEBODY GOT TO IT! This experience was a waste of time! I have missed countless days of work and i will not refer anyone to get service done here! Not trying to have anyone lose their job, but that is just RIDICULOUS! More

I wish that I had never purchased a Jeep based strictly on the caliber of service at Interstate Drive in West Monroe, LA. I tried making an appointment. That was a joke. I specifically asked if they check all fluids since this was the 1st of my 3 free oil changes and it was indicating wiper fluid was needed. I was told that they do. Needless to say, my vehicle still says wiper fluid is needed. I'm having someone check it out in the morning to be sure that it actually has oil in it. I will be driving anywhere, but West Monroe for oil changes in the future. More
