Worst Toyota service experience ever back in March 2024. They had our vehicle for 5 days and only called us once at the end of the first day. Service agent and Service manager never returned calls or text m They had our vehicle for 5 days and only called us once at the end of the first day. Service agent and Service manager never returned calls or text messages. Because they never updated us or returned our calls they left us without a car for the weekend and no idea the status or our vehicle, Monday morning we went in and picked up our car without the work being completed. No acknowledgement or apology for not communicating with us. As it turns out it appears they were trying complete and charge us for services that were not necessary. If you want good service I recommend traveling to Heiser Toyota in Milwaukee. More
