Disappointed with managment;did not follow through on sales Brought in new car on April 10 for a scheduled oil change that we were told would be free at time of purchase. Girl at service desk told my wife they Brought in new car on April 10 for a scheduled oil change that we were told would be free at time of purchase. Girl at service desk told my wife they could service it right away instead of leaving it and asked my wife about rotating the tires. My wife agreed and figured it went with the first time oil change. After servicing vehicle, front desk girl told my wife it would be $109. Wife told her it was supposed to be free. Girl said that promo has stopped the Monday before (April 8). Two days later, April 12 I called and talked to a manager named Carlos. He told me that Eric was service manager and that would e-mail him are concerns and that Eric would call us back. He Didn’t. I called Eric on April 18. He apologized about incident and that we were to get a full refund. He told me we would receive a check in 7 to 10 days. No Check Came. I called May 22 and asked to talk with General Manager of International Motors. I talked with women who answered and asked reason for call. I told her. She put me on hold and tried to contact Eric. She told me Eric wasn’t picking up, but assured me that he will get message and call me back. No Call. We are very disappointed with the management lack of response and poor business ethics. Wish we had bought elsewhere More
Terrible service I had a question about my service bill. I was first transferred to a voice mail with no name. An hour later I called back and was transferred to dif I had a question about my service bill. I was first transferred to a voice mail with no name. An hour later I called back and was transferred to different voicemail. this on at least had a name. After an hour and a half I called back an left another voicemail message. I went back to the dealership to speak to someone directly but was told no one was available, and no one had business cards! Not even the General manger of the entire dealership, seriously. Every time I go there I feel like i am annoying them. No more! I also own a Hyundai. I get treated much better there. my next car will not be the Legacy I like. I will be buying another Hyundai! More

Great experience I took our new 2017 Subaru Outback back to the dealer where we purchased it to have a remote starter installed. From making an appointment to takin I took our new 2017 Subaru Outback back to the dealer where we purchased it to have a remote starter installed. From making an appointment to taking the vehicle in for the installation, all of the employees I had contact with were great. When I arrived at the dealership this morning, I was immediately greeted and then my Service Advisor Alex took over and got the vehicle in immediately. The installation was done in less then two hours and there were no signs of anything having been done to it with the exception of the require antenna in the corner of the windshield. The service tech had covered the drivers seat with plastic and placed a paper mat on the floor to protect the interior. Upon return, Alex gave me a lesson in the operation of the remote starter and offered future assistance if needed. So far, International Autos Subaru has been great to deal with from purchase to service. More
