In addition, he guided me through the process including facilitating the purchase, discussing financial options, and coordinating with the person who will help me navigate the different electronic features of the car. I highly appreciated the collaborative effort between Andrew and his two managers to make the purchase materialized. I love my 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid! I definitely, recommend them to my family and friends!!! More
I brought my car into International Subaru of Orland Park for service, only to be told after they had it that they didn’t want to work on it—simply because it has high mileage and wasn’t purchased at their d for service, only to be told after they had it that they didn’t want to work on it—simply because it has high mileage and wasn’t purchased at their dealership. This is incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. If there are policies like that, they should be communicated before accepting a vehicle for service, not after it’s already been dropped off and presumably looked at. I expected a Subaru dealership to stand behind the brand and support all Subaru owners—not just the ones who bought from their lot. Unfortunately, that was clearly not the case here. I won’t be returning, and I would strongly encourage others with older or out-of-warranty vehicles to think twice before bringing your car here. More
I walked into the dealership not expecting a warm reception because I was with my daughter. That same day at a previous dealership of a different carmaker ,the sales team disregarded us, probably bec reception because I was with my daughter. That same day at a previous dealership of a different carmaker ,the sales team disregarded us, probably because “ women can’t buy cars”. Andrew immediately greeted us with a welcoming smile. What a difference a short distance can make. Andrew showed us a few cars, which did not meet my size requirements and then he smiled and said he had one on the lot he thought I would like. Wow! We saw the Ascent and knew that was the one. The whole buying process was so smooth, especially with the Costco buying plan and in a few days, I was driving away in my new ride. Bravo to Andrew and his team. I hope the service department is just as good as the sales people. More

TERRIBLE! !! Their prices are 2-3 times others and their service is terrible. My car was brought in on a weekday before 3:00 and they had no mechanics to work !! Their prices are 2-3 times others and their service is terrible. My car was brought in on a weekday before 3:00 and they had no mechanics to work on the car because “the mechanics go home at 4:00”, no loaner vehicles because “2 other people are coming in later and want the loaners” and no shuttle to take me home because “the shuttle is gone and will be back in 30-40 minutes at the most. However, it’s been over an hour, and there is still no shuttle. This place is so bad! They have a service department with no mechanics to Work on my car today, not enough loaner cars for customers who drop off their vehicle for service, and not enough shuttles to take customers home sooner than an hour who have dropped off their vehicles for service. When I purchased my Subaru, other Subaru owners told me “never take your vehicle to international Subaru in Tinley Park. They are terrible.” I had no idea they were this bad until now. I will never be back here and warn everyone I know with a Subaru to not go to International Subaru in Tinley Park. Also, they charge a fee if you use a credit card. How cheap is that!? As stated previously they drastically overcharge for everything, then try to nickel and dime the customer with a fee if the customer uses a credit card. I can’t begin to describe how bad this dealership is! More
