Blessings and New Beginnings I had minimal/limited credit, and although it was in good standing it wasn't enough....I was still turned down by 5 dealers, and 5 banks. I would've settled for a car in the years from 2000-2005. I ended up with a showroom vehicle (2012 Toyota Scion Series 7.0 Limited edition with low payments, and a low interest rate), and drove off the lot. I thank My heavenly Father, and my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for Jason and the staff at "IMG Cars". I have already told 5 people my testimony, and have recommended dealership to them. Paul even pointed out a scratch on the back - that I never would have noticed - and said they could fix it or take some money off. He wanted the car to be perfect, even more than I did! A few hours later I bought the car. Not only did Paul really make us feel comfortable with the car we were there to see, but EVERY car there is in pristine condition. A Superb Level of Customer Service I stopped to look at a car in the spring of this year but after test driving, I wasn't in love with the car. What I did love was that the salesman who I stopped to look at a car in the spring of this year but after test driving, I wasn't in love with the car. What I did love was that the salesman who helped me was very nice, helpful, but not pushy at all. I wasn't sure if I was quite ready to buy at that time, but my car was 16 years old and I knew I would be buying by the end of the year. I asked Paul Knutton for his card and told him I would return. Well I'm glad I did! A few weeks ago I bought a 2007 Subaru Legacy from Paul and the whole buying experience was so easy and hassle free! Paul is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. But that's not even the best part. That came with the great customer service after I bought the car. The morning after I brought it home I noticed a tiny ding in the windshield that I hadn't noticed on the test drive. I called Paul and he sent his glass guy to fix it right while I was at work with no charge! And, if that wasn't awesome enough, last weekend one of my rescue dogs peed in the backseat of the car. I tried to clean it myself but the odor remained. I called a auto detailing place and they were going to charge me an arm and a leg, then I remembered Paul. I called him at around 5:30PM and explained what happened thinking he would know someone would clean it at a reasonable price. Paul asked if I could bring the car in right then because he was going to clean it himself. I brought the car in, he took the back seat out, and is going to keep it all week to get it clean and odor free, all at no charge to me! I am a customer for life now, how could I not be? I would recommend Paul and International Motor Group to anyone looking to buy a car. Quality cars at great prices, and customer service like you wouldn't believe! Thank you Paul! More
