Outstanding Experience- After my electric Jaguar was at the Jaguar dealership for 89 days and still not fixed, I had it towed to IMG. Carl and his service technician had it fixed in two days for significan the Jaguar dealership for 89 days and still not fixed, I had it towed to IMG. Carl and his service technician had it fixed in two days for significantly less than what the dealership would have charged. A+ experience!!! More

From beginning to end, this place made buying a car quick and easy. I dreaded buying a car because I have heard stories of how people have sat in dealerships for hours on end for no reason, but Tony had me i and easy. I dreaded buying a car because I have heard stories of how people have sat in dealerships for hours on end for no reason, but Tony had me in and out in less than two hours. They were kind courteous and down to earth. Financing took less than ten minutes. Great place to do business with I would definitely recommend them! They filled the gas tank, washed the inside and outside of the car again even though it was already spotless. love my mercedes! More

In the more than 30 years I’ve been going to IMG, I’ve never been disappointed. They’ve handled major issues for me over the years but today was what might have been viewed as a minor issue. I dropped my never been disappointed. They’ve handled major issues for me over the years but today was what might have been viewed as a minor issue. I dropped my debit card between the front passenger seat and center console. Four of us tried finding it and couldn’t. So I went to the pros! Carl and Bobby have always answered my questions and been professional, yet friendly- but today they were crawling all over trying to find that debit card! They did! It might not have been a huge thing, but it was to me - and it was to them too. Thanks guys for always being there for me, on the big and SMALL issues! You really can’t ask for better. More
