I have been a customer of the International MINI service department since I moved back to Milwaukee in 2016, and this was the best appointment I've ever had. I made two separate calls to my service agent the week of June 12 to coordinate: 90,000 mile service (oil change), windshield replacement, key fob battery, tail light diagnostic. This was scheduled for June June 12 to coordinate: 90,000 mile service (oil change), windshield replacement, key fob battery, tail light diagnostic. This was scheduled for June 19. Everything was confirmed and he told me it should be ready same-day. I prepaid for the windshield. After I dropped off my car June 19, I was connected to a different service agent who didn’t know why the car was there. The fob battery was changed and tail light diagnostic was done, but he didn’t know I was scheduled for oil change and windshield, so they had to keep my car an additional day. Tuesday June 20 I call in and find out the car is finally ready for pick up. I pick it up that afternoon to find out the oil change (90k service) wasn’t done, so now I have to bring it back the following week. Huge inconvenience, big drop in the quality of customer service compared to previous visits. Lots of time and money wasted especially since I have to Uber around town while my car is unavailable and no loaner cars available. More
