Very friendly and kind service staff. Kept me informed And I could easily get a hold of someone if I had questions about my vehicle. Kept me informed And I could easily get a hold of someone if I had questions about my vehicle. More

My bill wasn’t broken down to me as it has been in the past had to find the sales person to explain my bill to me, my car was not wash after service like it has been done when I come, several worker’s was standing around gossiping and yet the excuse for my vehicle not being wash was due to under staffing. The only great experience was the chauffeur very genuine and courteous he open my door and closed the door. He made me feel important and that he loved his job. More

They've also put over a thousand miles on the vehicle "testing" to figure out what the problem was. The most recent time I called with the same issue, Eric Walker (service manager), said he didn't have a loaner vehicle for me, but would call back as soon as he had one available. Well, after a little over a month I called him back and left a message wondering if he was even going to call me back. I received a call from a different service person with a loaner call within a couple days. They proceeded to keep my vehicle for another month, and another around 500 miles. By this time I needed an oil change, so I asked them to add that since the car was in service anyway. I also asked them to replace the TPMS sensors since they had mentioned previously that maybe that had something to do with the electrical problem the car was having since I purchased it through them. I asked, since they put so many miles on the car, if they would help with the over $700 service charge for the oil change alone. They said they would, but didn't. They would just blame the duration of the service issues on BMW. They consistently said it was a problem with BMW not getting back to them on the next steps. Then when I finally received the vehicle back, I noticed the next day there were two dents in one of the wheels on either side of the valve stem, which was replaced with the TPMS sensors. I notified them of this (including photos), and was told Eric would get back to me on Monday. Monday came and went with no response. I called back on Tuesday to follow up. Eric got back to me via text message (no phone call) stating they wouldn't be fixing the issue with the wheel as it was not their fault. His excuse was that his technician would have told him if he did it, and didn't say anything to him. So, it wasn't them. I have all the text correspondence to prove. This is literally the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. My wife and I currently own two BMW's as I love their vehicles. However, this experience has absolutely deterred me from buying one again. More
