After our awful experience with a non-Kia dealer in the northern suburbs, we were very much in the mood for an honest dealer. Contacted International Kia via Internet. The Internet Sales Person turned us over to a saleswoman, Sina, who took great pains and showed us the exact type of car researched earlier and my daughter was immediately satisfied. In fact the price listed on the window for the 2012 Kia Rio, in excellent condition, (actually less miles than my 2013 Elantra purchased new), was about $1,000 less than the Tru Car price previously reviewed, (I don't understand that one)! Both the salesperson as well as the Finance Manager spent considerable time in finding the lowest cost financing and terms, which were the lowest we had found, even on the Internet, very flexible. The Finance Manager was the most straightforward, informative, and friendly (not a contradiction in terms) I personally had ever experienced and I am an experienced car buyer. He explained everything extremely clearly, including cost, his share, benefits of aftermarket add-ons. Very impressed. Sina also walked the extra mile to help and was successful. I am really surprised at the car buying experience and will certainly recommend International Kia to anyone. (A footnote, which seems to be the culture of the dealership, the Service Manager, Robert Snipe, also "walked the extra mile" to help my daughter with (what she thought) was a service problem - but it wasn't, only a first-time buyer's unfamiliarity with cars. He made time for her concerns right away, all the more noteworthy since the northern suburb Kia dealer would only schedule two weeks in advance for a service visit). A noteworthy car buying experience all around. More

She had Lee show us a few models of the optima but I chose one pretty quickly. He knew we were in a hurry so he got us in and out in a great deal of time but still remained very helpful and informative. It was an overall pleasant experience and I would recommend anyone looking for a new Kia to buy from here! More

Lee Richardson also could not have been more helpful in answering all our questions, and making us feel welcome in the International Family. Esteban Garza extended himself both personally and professionally, ensuring we came away with every financial advantage available to us. It was definitely worth the drive. Their focus was on our satisfaction, and it showed. They really went out of their way to ensure that we were happy with our purchase. The lobby was warm and welcoming, and very accommodating for our two young children. Imran and Sina answered all of our questions and requests enthusiastically and graciously - however big or small - and Esteban made the closing process quick and painless. This was the third Kia Dealership in the area that we visited, and the first in which we made a deal. When the time comes for a new car, we will definitely be returning. Thank you to everyone there who made our purchase such a pleasant experience. More

Jay worked up the out the door price for me, which is what I was looking for, and that was the out the door price, a rarity. The gentleman (Esteban) who did the paperwork when I came to pick up the car was also very personable, and again avoided being the pushy type, trying to cram extras down your throat. He knew I was at my max spending, let me know that I could add stuff later, and let it go at that. Very pleasant experience, seldom happens at a car dealer. More

I had a horrible experience at Autobarn Evanston (do not go there). Therefore, I decided to come from North Chicago suburbs to the South Suburbs to purchase a vehicle. I am glad I did. The moment I walked in, Sina B. greeted my family and I in a non-pushy way. We were then introduced to Liz B. We felt invested in, which is a rarity these days. Sina worked hard with and for us from 12:45 until we left at 6 pm. Esteban G. was also highly professional, authentic, and transparent regarding financing this vehicle. Again, did not feel hustled or annoyed working with him or his crew. For instance, Esteban clarified a question we had about whether or not vin etching was mandatory in the state of IL. The service team, especially the young 18 y/o did a wonderful job detailing my car. I was a happy customer when I brought it out! I highly, highly, highly recommend coming to the dealership. I am not a family member of any staff member here! Just a grateful customer. Even if you are from the North suburbs, they are worth the drive because of their respectful attitude. Oh, the dealership had a variety of snacks, drinks, and comfortable seating. Thank you Kia International team! Keep up the professionalism. More
