Horrible experience with their finance department and General Manager, Chad. My family has bought five cars from here. We moved to Tennessee and traded in a car we bought from a Kia dealership here, wh General Manager, Chad. My family has bought five cars from here. We moved to Tennessee and traded in a car we bought from a Kia dealership here, where we had a fabulous experience. We need a refund on our gap insurance, and I have been trying for three weeks to get someone to help me. I talked to one finance person, finally, after going online and cancelling my gap insurance myself, explaining to him that the dealership has to give me the refund. I asked if he needed my new address since I didn't want the check sent to my old house, and he didn't take it. He said he would handle it, but I got one phone call and one email with no information. I have emailed and called and no response from him. I then called the GM several times and emailed him, no return call at all. Horrible customer service. It shouldn't be this hard to get a refund on gap insurance sent to me. If I owed them money, they would be all over me. I have family and friends still in Illinois, and I will recommend not to get a car from there. So disappointed. I plan to take more actions to get this refund since they won't help one of their customers. More

I took my car in for service, and it was returned to me with visible damage that was not there before. I had inspection pictures taken before the appointment as proof, and even after showing them to the se with visible damage that was not there before. I had inspection pictures taken before the appointment as proof, and even after showing them to the service manager, they refused to take responsibility. What’s worse, the service manager flat-out denied any wrongdoing and made no effort to correct the situation. Instead of owning up to the damage and resolving the issue professionally, they acted like nothing happened. Completely unacceptable behavior from a business that’s supposed to value customer trust. Looking at other reviews, I can clearly see that I’m not the only one who has had a bad experience here. This seems to be a pattern, not a one-time mistake. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dealership. Poor service, poor accountability, and absolutely no integrity. More
