International Honda - Service Center

I asked them to call when my vehicle was done and they did not. I gave them a coupon for my vehicle to be washed and they did not. Also the car smelled like a skunk for several days. When I came in to pay my bill no one from the service department explained what was done and the sheet that tells you what to be alert to ( the sheet that has the the red, green, yellow stripes explaining the inspection of brake, tire tread, etc.) wasn’t there. I will only going to International Honda in Sheboygan for recall work from now on! More

It's very, very difficult to reach anyone in service. I've left voice mail messages that go unreturned.
