While the employees were very friendly, we were very disappointed that an oil change and tire rotation took 3.5 hours! We did a 7:30 am appointment so we would have it back quickly. We had heard several stories of very slow service, one friend not even getting her car back the same day! Driving home to Iowa my cruise control settings failed to work properly and kept turning off. My brake system lights came on, my accident mitigation sensor was not working properly and my lane sensors failed work properly and kept turning off.
