Better Experience I had a better experience the second time around regardless of my vehicle needing more work. They couldn’t fix the problem but that is okay! Jack was very friendly and helped solve the problems that I needed done! I would recommend this dealership. And I absolutely love my car! More

Badly trained technicians I bought my car there to be serviced for tires and their technicians broke off a lug nut (probably from over torquing it) and broke the wheel stud and I bought my car there to be serviced for tires and their technicians broke off a lug nut (probably from over torquing it) and broke the wheel stud and wheel bearing. After a few days of going back and forth, they said that even though it was their mistake, but I was going to pay for it or i'd have to drive to another shop with only 4 of the 5 lug nuts and a bad wheel stud. After nearly 2 weeks. they finally got it "fixed". Their alignment was half assed because my steering wheel was still crooked. But i just wanted to leave as they may have made things worse by trying to take more of my money. As i was looking at their lot to pass time, not to buy, their sales person would not understand that i was just there to look at cars and not buy. he insisted i buy a new model Si. Worst service ever! Let's just start that this is probably the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. One out of three experiences there, I was told that they had my ti Let's just start that this is probably the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. One out of three experiences there, I was told that they had my tires i needed to replace my flat tires the day before my appointment. I called later that day, twice, to tell them I only needed one tire. I didn't get a call back and when I called the following morning, Tony F., the sales representative told me he was too busy all morning to call back. Anyways, when I got there, they told me they did not have any tires available to fix my tire. It took them ONE HOUR to tell me that and then about another hour to put on my spare tire. If I could give a rating of ZERO, i would. I do not recommend this place for service at all!!!!!! More
