I arrived about a half hour early, was told to wait in the waiting area [without a work order written up] and I would be called at the appointed time. More than a half hour AFTER my appointment time no one called on me, so I went to service desk where the service advisor wondered who I was and what I wanted. Then I was told it would be another 30-45 minutes wait. Sorry, not a good showing. I understand busy/short handed, but had I waited, I would have spent more than 1.5 hours for the service to be completed.) More
