Although very friendly, they kept telling me that my automatic light dimmer was working fine. This was the 3rd time I took it in and they indicated that if I switched the lights then it wouldn't work, automatic light dimmer was working fine. This was the 3rd time I took it in and they indicated that if I switched the lights then it wouldn't work, putting the blame on me for it not working (I wouldn't have to manually switch it if it worked by itself). Also my front tire is defective with a slit in it that causes it to slowly loose pressure; it can not be fixed. They told me that it was just wear and tear and I needed new tires at only 26,000 miles and gave me an estimate for over $1300. Finally, they did promptly get me in for repair of 2 recalls. However, I'm 40 minuets away and they never responded to me about getting a loaner for a day. More
Competent handling of all issues. Recalls take time as expected and some delayed due to parts. I see many recalls for other brands but recently more from Honda than historically.
