Trailer hitch installation was fine. Service rep was very good at keeping waiting customers appraised as to vehicle status. Customer lounge was only adequate. I had a nail sticking out of one of the tires on my CRV. I called a tire dealership and they said they could get me in 11 days later. Service personnel were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, my recalled left rear view mirror image looks wavy and i have yet to be called to tell me the replacement arrived.
