Service rep was friendly and professional ( not aggressive like Van Horn ) and service was completed within time specified. I did notice a small dent in the hood of my car along the front edge wh aggressive like Van Horn ) and service was completed within time specified. I did notice a small dent in the hood of my car along the front edge where the metal rolls over to meet the engine the following day. I can't say for certain that it happened while in the garage being serviced. It is not, however, a 'ding' as the metal here is much stronger than on the doors and bumper, and the location is too far back from the bumper to have happened in a parking lot. ( I would have had to drive under someones bumper to reach this point on the car, if it was a stone while driving I would have heard it due to the damage) I'm 'that' person who parks in the back of the parking lots and checks my car every time I return for dings. As I did not complete a check when dropping it off and recheck it after service was completed I cannot fault the service center. But I will be completing said checks going forward and encourage others to do the same. More

The work preformed on my vehicle has always been very good but the level of communication from the service department concerning how the work was progressing, timing for completion, status of where the good but the level of communication from the service department concerning how the work was progressing, timing for completion, status of where the car was ect. was extremely poor .... phone calls to service always go to voicemail -- no return call -- texts when sent do get returned but not what I would call timely.
