The staff was very nice and professional, but I am very upset with whoever serviced my car. From the multi point inspection I was told my tires were at a 6 after I specially asked to have them looked at du upset with whoever serviced my car. From the multi point inspection I was told my tires were at a 6 after I specially asked to have them looked at due to my car driving louder and having almost 36,000 on those tires specifically. I looked at the tires myself and noticed multiple bald spots with no tread and at least 2 spots in my rear tires with the cords broke. I got a second opinion and was told that I should not be driving on those wheels. When talking to Lindsay, she said that changing the tires was something I could do if the noise was bothering me, but they did no disclose the safety risk of my continuing to use those tires. More

The staff went out of their way to stay late and help me when my car broke down. They also serviced my vehicle very quickly and set me up with a loaner vehicle as well. The service was great. Your outsourced scheduling was TERRIBLE! COMPLETLEY TERRIBLE! FIRE that outsourced call center! They are clueless. I was so angry I asked to speak to manager. I was told a manager would call me back??? Didn't happen! Called again, swore I spoke to the same PERSON but they had no clue I had just talked to them earlier. I explained that I never got a call and never got my service scheduled. Magically now I able to get an appointment 3 days later. I nearly lost it when they originally told me 4 months (November) for a oil change. They are 100% CLUELESS! Again my Service at your business was great, your Service Manager was great. She said I was not the only one to complain about making appointments. More
