Took my car in for an oil change. I asked if during the free inspection they could take a peak at the suspension as it's been clunking. I'm not sure how it was missed but my strut is leaking, the entire strut was wet compared to the other side. They claimed they checked my cabin air filter as well but it was dirty dirty, inside the creases there was visible dirt build up. If I would've turned it upside down, the debris would've fallen out. Ive always liked international but have started to become disappointed in the service levels and prices they charge. I got a quote for another service, they were 40% more expensive compared to their competitor (bergstrom). I was able to take it to a luxury dealership and do it for cheaper than at international. Not sure if I'll be coming back, haven't decided yet. More

All done properly for recall but lacked in communication as I needed to call afte 4.5 hours and find out it was done after 2 hours as originally stated.
