I had a tight schedule on Friday. I talked to Michelle about how much time I had before my next appointment and how I messed up. I asked her if that would be enough time or if I shoul I talked to Michelle about how much time I had before my next appointment and how I messed up. I asked her if that would be enough time or if I should reschedule. Michelle said she will get me out of there on time. She did exactly that. The only problem I had was the shuttle picking me up. I didn't get to the dealership in time. I had to cancel my appointment. It was definitely a learning experience. The shuttle driver has always been an amazing person. I do appreciate everyone's effort in accommodating my needs. More
