Terrible Service. They do not know how to work on vehicles. They are not a proper mechanic and want to fix issues in house. They couldn't even fix a simple oil leak. I went and brought the vehicle to Volkswagen after oil leaking all over my driveway and come to find out it needed a whole new timing job in the turbo was leaking coolant so I then took it to another mechanic to have a second opinion to make sure that Volkswagen was giving me the right information and it was all accurate. I then reached out to the car dealership and asked them to just reimburse me for the parts not the labor because I did not trust them to do the correct repairs as they were already supposed to be done and they did not do them. Of course they said we have to do all the repairs in House. We're not obligated to pay you back. I tried to give them an opportunity to do the right thing at the end of the day. It's a terrible place to do business and I would not ever recommend anyone to go here. They will try to make it seem like they work so hard to get these cars ready to be sold and it's a complete false narrative. They are a scam artist. More
This is the worst car dealership I have ever bought a car from. They sold me a car with a defected engine making it inoperable. When I had a diagnostic done within two weeks after buying it by Landrover of S from. They sold me a car with a defected engine making it inoperable. When I had a diagnostic done within two weeks after buying it by Landrover of Sudbury, I was told the car had 7 items defected that needed immediate attention, including the engine. I informed this dealer, who refused to ever get on the phone with me and only communicated through email, what the diagnostic test found, they assured me they would fix all 7 problems and asked me to wait while they searched for a new engine to replace the existing one. That was early this year in February. Here we are now in October and they won’t respond to emails or take my calls and have never rectified the problems with the car. At this time, I have never been able to drive the car and it just sits in my driveway as I pay off the loan and insurance each month. DON’T BUY FROM THIS DEALER. THEY HAVE ABUSIVE AND UNETHICAL SALES PRACTICES. More

I’ve had the card 30 days. Today’s the third time it had to go in to the dealer, related to a warning light. Check engine light came on after having it six days. They said I had to wait to bring them in till Monday. They kept the car for days to change spark plugs. Then within about 10 days after the indicator light came on, which can be in a number of things, they kept it two days to change the lightbulb. today, at the 30 day mark, the check engine light went on again, and the car kept stalling out throughout this whole process, the engine has run very roughly. Today I had to have it towed to the dealership! Poor communication, things aren’t fixed properly, and they take forever to do anything, even if it’s small! I would never recommend is Dealership, the worst I’ve dealt with in my entire life, and I’ve owned over 15 vehicles, with 10 of them being used vehicles! More

Drove out of state to find what I was looking for - a Prius C. Only one setback, and that was due to an issue with my initial deposit not processing; once I showed proof that the bank paid the charge, they went ahead and sent the title overnight. More
